JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT BEING ONE WITH JESUS- PART 1

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one John 17:22 New American Standard Bible

WE ARE “ONE” WITH JESUS! Once you ‘know’ this that Truth will make you free. Many people misquote that scripture in the Bible.

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32 New International Version

What they say is, “The truth will make you free.” But that is not true. It’s the truth that you ‘know’ that will make you free. The word know in that verse is the greek word ginosko. Ginosko means I am taking in knowledge, come to know, learn; and or: I ascertained, realized. It also means to know, especially through personal experience. It is also the word that is used in Genesis when the scripture says Adam knew his wife as well as the in the chapter of Luke when Mary the mother of Jesus asked the angel, “How shall this thing be seeing I know not a man. So it implies intercourse or sexual intimacy. Let’s focus on intercourse for a moment, not to be crude but for the purpose of getting deeper understanding. In Mary’s case she said she did not know a man. Now obviously Mary knew men because she knew Joseph, Jesus’s stepfather. So obviously this type of knowing is not the same as the knowing that is mentioned in John 8:32, Genesis 4:1 and Luke 1:34. What people do not realize about sex is that it takes place on all levels, spiritual, mental or soulish and physical. So sexual intercourse affects one’s spirit, soul and body. Inside of a marriage covenant sex works as a weapon for you however outside of a marriage covenant sex works as a weapon against a persons spirit, soul and body. I know what you are thinking, what does all this have to do with Jesus and being One with Him. A whole lot.

In Genesis 3:8 it talks about God the Father walking in the garden in the cool of the day. What was God looking for Adam for? To have communion with him. To talk with him. To just enjoy his presence and spend Fatherly time with him just as any good father does. But that particular day Adam had intercourse with devil and had become separated from God. Now when God ask where are you, He was not talking about Adam’s physical location. He meant where is the Me I put in you to keep you connected to Me? He was not looking for Adam’s flesh he was looking for the spirit, the breath that He had put into Adam. The spirit of God in you is a signature, a beacon to God and the devil. The devil knows you belong to God. Why? The devil is a spirit. He recognizes spirit. God’s spirit in you makes you One with Him

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. I Corinthians 2:12 King James Version

Now the word know there is the greek word oida and it means to have seen or perceived, hence to know. Notice the past tense in the definition. This scripture is specifically talking about your born again spirit. Your spirit knows things your mind does not know. It know every single thing that belongs to it by the Spirit and Word of God. It knows that it (that you) have eternal life, eternal salvation, eternal redemption and an eternal inheritance. With all that knowledge it would do you well to find out what your spirit knows and when you do you will find out what God knows. How do you do this? The primary way this is done is through knowing The Word of God which is not something but Who is Someone. That SomeOne is Jesus. Jesus is The Word. John Chapter 1 says so and explains how it is so. That Bible you have is not something, it is SomeOne. When you spend time with Him then you began to know Him and you have intercourse with The Word and The Word will impregnate you with health, joy, wisdom, shalom and every spiritual blessing fit for you according to Heaven’s standards for you as a son or daughter of God and a citizen of Heaven. The words spiritual blessing does not means its spiritual in the sense of immaterial. It means it has its origin or beginning in the spirit realm or emanating from the spirit and can and will manifest in the natural world as you exercise faith and intercourse in The Word regarding it by receiving or taking it. Look it up yourself. That word spiritual in Ephesians 1:3 is the greek word pneumatikos which means of the spirit.

As you commune with The Word with Jesus, believing and receiving what He says, intercourse takes place. Knowing takes place. And you begin to know the Truth (Jesus) and knowing the Truth makes you free. And guess Who Is FREE? The One who made you free so that makes you One with Him. You have already received of His Spirit. Be sure to receive to receive ALL that comes with Jesus.

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Romans 8:32 New American Standard Bible

Do you see that? HOW WILL HE (GOD THE FATHER) NOT ALSO WITH HIM freely give us all things? French fries come with the combo meal and so does a drink. Find out what all comes ‘with Him’.

God the Father desires you to KNOW all that is yours through Christ. It’s His will. So know what is yours and you won’t have to say, “Thy will be done!!!” His Will will be done because you know the Truth and the Truth makes you just as free as Jesus is. That is Oneness!!!
