It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, Who has become for us wisdom from God–that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. I Corinthians 1:30 NIV

In the book of Proverbs it tells us to ‘get wisdom’. If you are born again YOU HAVE wisdom because you have Christ.  The scripture above says that we are in Christ Jesus Who has become FOR US wisdom from God.  So what is included in this wisdom from God.  The ingredients of wisdom are righteousness, holiness, and redemption.  Let’s stop and think about that for a moment.

  • Righteousness is wisdom
  • Holiness is wisdom
  • Redemption is wisdom

How and why is that?  Because of how God the Father set it up and achieved these things. In this selfish world, people for the most part don’t see giving as wisdom.  But God the Father because He is LOVE, He cannot help but to give because LOVE GIVES.  We did not earn or deserve righteousness.  It was imputed or given to us much like the gratuity you give to a waitress.  Perhaps you think that is a bad example because you may have ‘adjusted’ the waiters or waitresses gratuity based on their performance.

However if you look up the word gratuity the origin of the word from the 15th century denotes graciousness or favor and it is a gift. Biblical favor or grace is undeserved or unmerited.  It is based solely and only on the heart of the giver not the receiver’s performance.  To the human mind that does not make sense and does not seem fair to still give 20% when the service was not up to par. However Godly wisdom is based on GRACE.  Holiness is based on GRACE.  Redemption is based on GRACE, what Christ has done. All this comes out of the wisdom of God and are ingredients of His wisdom.

Take sometime to think about that.  Your Father has put so much thought and care into what He has provided for us through Christ Jesus.

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!

For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. Hebrews 9:15  New American Standard Bible

For the most part, many of us were not born rich in the natural, or were given some type of inheritance from a rich parent or relative.  As a result of this, you may think or believe that you are at a disadvantage.  However, Jesus wants to assure you today that you are not and even if you did not have an inheritance in the natural, God the Father loves you so much that He was and is unwilling for you to go without one.  This is one of the reasons He sent His Son Jesus to die for you.  When Jesus died, God’s whole plan and reasoning was to provide a legal means for you to get back everything Adam lost in the garden and then some.  The Father is always about more not less.  The Father already had given everything over to Jesus and then He sent Jesus to die so that Jesus could then give everything to you in the form of an ETERNAL INHERITANCE.  JESUS IS OUR ETERNAL INHERITANCE!!!

Now in order for a person to leave an inheritance they have to have something themselves first.  Let’s find out what Jesus had and has.

“Everything the Father has is Mine. This is why I told you that He takes from what is Mine and will declare it to you.”   Holman Christian Standard Bible  John 16:15

So we see here how much Jesus had at the time He spoke this.  EVERYTHING!! Everything the Father has Jesus says is His.  Because God has made you joint heir with Jesus, what does that mean?  EVERYTHING that Jesus has IS YOURS!!!!!  Now the second part of the above scripture is referring to the Holy Spirit revealing to you and declaring to you all that Jesus has.  In other words, the Holy Spirit will reveal that what  once just belonged to Jesus is now yours!!!

When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak whatever He hears. He will also declare to you what is to come.  He will glorify Me, because He will take from what is Mine and declare it to you.   Holman Christian Standard Bible John 16:13-14

This is a powerful revelation and this is not the only time that The Word reveals the job of the Holy Spirit regarding us believers.

Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who comes from God, so that we may understand what has been freely given to us by God. I Corinthians 2:12 Holman Christian Standard Bible

The Holy Spirit is responsible for helping you understand what has been FREELY given to us by The Father.  So many times we have heard how we have to earn our blessings but it is important that we stick with The Word.  If you were to go to a store to pick up some items and they told you well today we are giving a way a lot  of free stuff, would you say, “Okay I will check that out after I go buy my stuff?”  No!  If you do it that way you may go in and pay money for something that you could get for free.  The same applies here.  We need to find out what Jesus has already provided for us so we don’t go out struggling and striving and working overtime to get something that Jesus has already bought, paid for and given to us.  Its like trying to buy something you already have.  Because Jesus died, you have an ETERNAL INHERITANCE.

Because Christ offered himself to God, he is able to bring a new promise from God. Through his death he paid the price to set people free from the sins they committed under the first promise. He did this so that those who are called can be guaranteed an inheritance that will last forever. In order for a will to take effect, it must be shown that the one who made it has died. A will is used only after a person is dead because it goes into effect only when a person dies.  Hebrews 9:15 God’s Word Translation

Has Jesus died?  YES!!!  And is raised again to life.  And because He died “His will” is now in effect for you and me and He has left us EVERYTHING He has.  All that belongs to Jesus belongs to YOU!  All of His health, all of His life, all of His joy, all of His Shalom.  We could stop right there.  Do you know all that is in Shalom?  According to Strong’s Concordance, Shalom means completeness, wholeness, health, peace, welfare, safety soundness, tranquility, prosperity, perfectness, fullness, rest, harmony, the absence of agitation or discord. Shalom comes from the root verb shalem meaning to be complete, perfect and full.  Man that is enough to shout about right there.  But I told you before God the Father is always about more and so is Jesus.  “So what else do you have for us Jesus???”

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  John 10:10 KJV

And of course there’s even more……..

.. Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. Revelation 5:12 KJV

That Lamb is Jesus and EVERYTHING He received from the Father is yours as a joint heir. So because of Jesus you receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.  The Truth is JESUS HIMSELF is our ETERNAL INHERITANCE!!!!

This is Jesus’s ETERNAL INHERITANCE from The Father and now it is your ETERNAL INHERITANCE because of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen! Amen! And Amen!!!

All the “blessed” to you!!! Shalom!

Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood he went into the Most Holy Place once for all and secured our eternal redemption.   Hebrews 9:12 International Standard Version

The Bible instructs us in the book of Psalms 107:12 to “Let the REDEEMED of the Lord say so!”  Say what?  That I AM REDEEMED.  When a believer does this with revelation it enforces Truth(Who is Jesus) and that redemption in their lives.  In order to have revelation you must understand what redemption is and what has been done as a result of Christ REDEEMING you.  The word redemption means a release effected or brought into being by a payment or ransom.  Redemption comes from the Greek word apolutrosis.  Look at the meaning of apolutrosis as defined in the Strongs concordance.

apolýtrōsis(from 575 /apó, “from” and 3084 /lytróō, “redeem”) – properly, redemption – literally, “buying back from, re-purchasing (winning back) what was previously forfeited (lost).”

629 /apolýtrōsis (“redemption, re-purchase”) emphasizes the distance (“safety-margin”) that results between the rescued person, and what previously enslaved them. For the believer, the prefix (575 /apó) looks back to God’s effective work of grace, purchasing them from the debt of sin and bringing them to their new status (being in Christ).

So when you understand the word redemption fully you will know that Jesus by His Blood paid the price for all your sins and the consequences that would have came to you as a result of any sin or transgressions and bought back your RIGHT to what The Father originally designed and planned and had for you and all mankind before Adam sinned.  There was no sickness or disease or lack or depression or sorrow or pain before Adam sinned so know, believe and understand that YOU HAVE BEEN REDEEMED from all of those things by His Blood!!! Those things  were all part of the curse.

But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”  Galatians 3:13 New Living Translation

So Christ rescued us or redeemed us from the curse which includes poverty, sickness and death in all of its ways shapes and forms. Look at the definition of redemption again and see the part where it says He has placed a great distance or safety margin between the rescued or redeemed person from what previously enslaved them.  And this does not happen when we get to heaven this is a DONE DEAL.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians 1:7 New American Standard Bible

So WE HAVE REDEMPTION through His Blood which was the payment necessary to free us from those things.  Pay close attention to the word “have” in the scripture above.  That word have is the Greek word echo.  It means “I have, I hold, I possess”.  Your REDEMPTION is a right now and present possession. Not only is that true but it is a FOREVER possession.  Look back at our opening scripture.

Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood he went into the Most Holy Place once for all and secured our eternal redemption. Hebrews 9:12 International Standard Version

Christ Jesus our Lord obtained or secured for us ETERNAL REDEMPTION.  What does that mean?  It means:

  • You are REDEEMED from sickness ALL THE TIME!
  • You are REDEEMED from lack, debt and poverty ALL THE TIME!
  • You are REDEEMED from destruction ALL THE TIME!
  • You are REDEEMED from depression ALL THE TIME!
  • You are REDEEMED from pain ALL THE TIME!

He has obtained FOR US….. ETERNAL REDEMPTION!!!

Spend some time with this Truth, which is spending sometime with The Redeemer, Jesus!  This Truth will SANCTIFY you (sanctify simply means to separate) you from any of these things that are trying to operate illegally in your life.  Jesus legally paid the price for none of these things to touch you EVER AGAIN.  You ENFORCE those rights by SAYING SO!!!

Let the REDEEMED of the Lord SAY SO, whom He hath redeemed us from the hand of the enemy!!! Psalms 107:2 KJV

All the  “blessed” to you! Shalom!!!

Even though Jesus was God’s Son, He learned obedience from the things He suffered.  In this way, God qualified Him as a perfect High Priest, and He became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey Him.  Hebrews 5:8-9 New Living Translation

Have you ever heard that if you don’t do this or that or if you sin that you can lose your salvation?  I have.  I have heard some incredible (incredible meaning not credible) teaching on things like, “You don’t know which sin will cause you to lose your salvation so be watchful of your sins.  So you know what people did?  They starting “watching their sins.”  They took their eyes off of the salvation that Jesus bled and died for and since sin was being preached in the majority of churches all across America, you had a majority group of Christians who were more aware of sin than the Blood of Jesus that was shed to wash away their sins.  Oh but times have changed and are continuing to change.

Today because of the preaching of the Gospel, the real Gospel, believers everywhere are being delivered and set free from a “sin consciousness” and are coming into righteousness consciousness.  They now know that they are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.  What does this mean?  It means that people are realizing that it’s not about what they’ve done or have not done but about what Jesus has done.  Because Jesus never sinned, because Jesus was completely obedient to all of God’s laws and the requirements of those laws all of His righteousness and all of His obedience gets credited to US.  Let’s look at our opening text.

Even though Jesus was God’s Son, He learned obedience from the things He suffered. In this way, God qualified Him as a perfect High Priest, and He became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey Him. Hebrews 5:8-9 New Living Translation

This scripture clearly details and shows us Jesus learned obedience through the things  He suffered.  You see Jesus did not know anything about being obedient to His Father before He came here in an earthly body.  There is something that is higher than obedience and that is called AGREEMENT!!!  Can’t you see it? While Jesus was in Heaven He never had a thought about doing anything that the Father and The Holy Spirit did not desire to do because they were in complete agreement.  Obedience was something He had to learn because all He ever knew was agreement.  And since He had free will in a human body, He was able to be tempted and then learned what it meant to be obedient.  Obedience always involves choice.  While Jesus was in Heaven with the Father there was no choice, only agreement.  But here on Earth, The Word says He was tempted in all ways as we were yet without sin.

And since He did not yield to sin and selfish desires but obeyed the Father fully and He was the only One and still is the only One who can obey the Father fully, God qualified Him as a perfect High Priest.  And when God the Father qualified Him as a perfect High Priest He then became THE SOURCE of ETERNAL SALVATION for all those who obey Him.

Now someone will say, “See you must be obedient to Jesus!”  Really?  Lets take a look at the word obey there. The word obey there in the greek means hupakouo and it means to listen, hearken to, obey and answer.  In this case the emphasis is on answering.  To obey Jesus in that verse means and has the connotation  of one who on a knock at the door comes to listen to who it is (the duty of the porter), and to answer the knock.  So in essence the person who hears the message of the Gospel and accepts Jesus as Lord has obeyed His call.  That is what it means in that verse to obey Jesus.  This is called the obedience of faith that is stated in Romans 16:26.  Now someone will say, “Well there is still work or works to be done to be saved and keep your salvation!!!”  Again, REALLY?   Let’s see what Jesus Himself said when someone else asked Him about works.

Then said they unto Him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him whom He hath sent.  John 6:28-29 King James Version

The New Living Translation makes it even clearer.

Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the One He has sent.” John 6:29 New Living Translation

Your work is to believe!!!  When you believe you will do.  Right believing leads to right living and not the other way around.  So please understand and stand under what Jesus’s obedience has accomplished for you: ETERNAL SALVATION!!!  I did not say that.  Hebrews 5:9 did.  Believe it!!!

All the “blessed” to you!!! Shalom

“As soon as Jesus came up out of the water, he saw the heavens breaking open and the Spirit descending on Him like a dove. 11And a voice came from heaven: “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”   Mark 1:11 Berea Study Bible

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!! And it is a Merry Christmas indeed all because of God the Father and The Lord Jesus Christ Who was born, lived and died and was resurrected for the sins of entire world.  In the fictional story or song of the Little Drummer Boy, the boy desires to give a gift to Jesus (but he has none)  and to  honor Jesus and play his best for Jesus and in his sincerity and out of his lack he offers what he does have: to play his drum for Jesus.  In the song, only after his performance on the drum does he finally get Jesus’s smile as the little drummer boy says, “THEN he smiled at me.”  It all sounds very honorable and in a way it is but in many ways this is why and how believers struggle today.  They are so busy working for Jesus and trying to do things for Jesus that they have never truly taken the time to just sit and receive ALL that He has done for them. They are like Martha so enamored with doing things for the Lord instead of receiving the Lord in all of His fullness and beauty.  And as a result they wind up praying for  Jesus to do things that He has already done or given them but they never took the time to find out what was already given to them in Him.  One of the great things about Jesus’s life and God the Father is that in the above verse, God the Father proclaimed that Jesus was His Beloved Son and that He was well pleased with Him.  Why is this important?  Because Jesus had not yet did one work, or miracle or anything!! He had just come up out of the water from being baptized.  This is a picture  and a sign for us today that God the Father is not loving us or pleased with us based on our works, performance or lack thereof.  He just smiles and loves us and blesses us before we ever did anything and He sent His Son to redeem us when we could do nothing.  Look at this scripture.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. 4For He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in His presence. In love Ephesians 1:3-4 Berean Study Bible

You see how He choose us in Him(Jesus) before the foundation of the world to be holy blamesless in His presence in LOVE!!!  Beloved this Christmas know that you have already received God’s smile  and all His blessings before you do one work or performance.  He did what He did because He loves you and you cannot really do anything or give anything to Him until you have received from Him.  I pray you receive ALL of the gift that and Who is Jesus! Amen!

Merry Christmas and Shalom to you in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ!

All the blessed to you!!!

8“The LORD will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. Deuteronomy 28:8  New Living Translation

Hey everyone!!! I hope you are doing well.  Just wanted to share a few things this weekend for you to think about as we enjoy and celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and prepare to enter a new year. Many will have resolutions and things they want to accomplish.  I encourage you to use your faith to aide the manifestation of you God given dreams.   I am sure as God’s creative and industrious people you have ideas and plans of things that are in your heart to do.  There are things maybe that have been on your heart for years and they have never faded away.  These are the things I want to talk about with you.  Many times in church or else where you may be concerned about whether something is the will of the Lord.  It’s easy to find Poppa’s will in His Word.  So lets take a look at what Poppa said about the work and things you do.

8“The LORD will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. Deuteronomy 28:8 New Living Translation

6Wherever you go and whatever you do,
you will be blessed. Deuteronomy 28:6 New Living Translation

12The LORD will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavens and will bless all the work you do.  Deuteronomy 28:12 New Living Translation

I want you to notice that Poppa has said 3 TIMES in the same chapter that He would bless ALL THE WORK of your hands.  Now let’s deal with the ridiculousness first.  God is not going to bless foolishness and evil and I KNOW that God’s people are not asking Him to bless evil works.  Love thinks the best so I will not think about that.  Okay enough of that.  Back to DA TRUTH.  Expect Poppa to bless your endeavors, your business, your books, your job, the food you cook.  WHY?  Because he said 3 TIMES He would bless ALL THE WORK OF YOUR HANDS!!

All and only the blessed to you! Shalom!!!

“And I have revealed to them Your Name, and I am revealing it, so that the love with which You have loved Me shall be in them, and I shall be in them.” John 17:26 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Jesus is AWESOME!!! He is Our Lord and Saviour and He longs for women and men everywhere to know Him and come to Him.  But why does He want people to come to Him?  Is it so He can have His ego boosted and He can get all the glory?  Perish the thought!!! Jesus’s number one goal is to save us but for the purpose of bringing us back into right standing with The Father.  That is righteousness.

You can ask for anything in My Name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father.  John 14:13 New Living Translation

Jesus loves His (and if you are born again He is your) Daddy!!!  He loves to please Him.  The Father desires us reconciled to Himself.  This is why it was Him(The Father) in Jesus reconciling the world to Himself.  He did not leave it to an angel, or a man, or a preacher.  He came Himself inside of Jesus.

For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And He gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:19  New Living Translation

So we are to share this same wonderful messages as Jesus.  We are to reveal the Father to people.  But what are we to reveal?  How God will burn you to a crisp and send you to hell if you don’t stop, smoking, drinking and sleeping around.  A thousand times NO!!!   Poppa’s covenant of Grace, Who is Jesus has forgiven every man, woman and child of all of their sins past, present and future.  If He’s forgiven you then why would He bring them up?  He would not do it.  That is man.  That is religious preachers who try to live in the New Covenant by Old Covenant rules.   Do good, get good!!! Do bad, get beat!!! That’s their motto!! But that is not The Father or Jesus.  The Father says you just receive My Son and then you will  get Me in the combo meal and I will teach you about Me and show you Who and How I really am. The sad thing is the devil has worked so hard to pervert the name ‘father”. There is and has been an attack of fatherhood from the media, television, even the government.  So many times on TV the father is portrayed as a buffoon to be disrespected or treated as a joke.  The enemy is behind such mess.  He is many times behind some or even most of the bad experiences, sexual abuse,  physical abuse, verbal abuse and total lack of care that many children experience from their earthly father.  Why?  Because He knows you can see your earthly father and if he can paint the image in your mind and heart that ‘father’ is bad, he can damage you and your relationship with The Father.  This is his ultimate goal.  When a father is absent from a home or is even there and is still absent, this paints pictures in the mind and heart of children that fathers cannot be trusted or depended upon to take care of and provide for their families.  Now if this is the image a child or person has in mind of a father they can see, what does it paint for a Father they can’t see?  It’s not pretty!  You have to learn about the Father through and by The Word of God and look at the relationship Jesus had and has with The Father.  Someone may think, “But God allowed Jesus to be crucified and poured out all of His wrath and anger on His Own Son.”  This is true, but what many believers don’t know is that Jesus agreed to this assignment.  His Father did not say, “You have to do this!”, Jesus agreed and accepted the assignment and told The Father, “If you prepare Me a body, I will go and redeem mankind.”  That’s LOVE!!!

Love from the Father to give up His Son as well as Love from Jesus for us. God is only good!  If your read The Word of God, you will see this. He allowed what happened to Jesus so that those things would never happen to you.  Jesus agreed to it and said I will take the punishment  for them and the condemnation and the spitting and the beatings and the other things that went with His Death, burial and resurrection.  And He did it so that you can be reunited to your Heavenly Father who said….. for He Himself has said, “I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU,” so that we confidently say, “THE LORD IS MY HELPER, I WILL NOT BE AFRAID. WHAT WILL MAN DO TO ME?  Hebrews 13:5-6 New American Standard Bible I invite you to spend time with Jesus (The Word) and then you will get to know The Father.  Then you will find out how good of a Father He really is.

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us [our] sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I John 1:9 Darby Translation

Once again here we are talking about the grand topic of RIGHTEOUSNESS. It is grand indeed as the Lord Jesus told us to seek it first and then everything else would be added to us. This passage of scripture is a blessing. It is also a means of controversy because of the first part. Some people say you have to confess every single sin you ever commit. Some people say no when you confess that you are a sinner and receive Jesus that is all that is necessary. I am not going to get into a debate about that today because that is not our focus. I will share with you what the scripture says ensures your salvation.

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 New Living Translation

The same Holy Ghost who had John write I John is the same Holy Ghost that spoke to Paul in Romans. Yet no mention of confessing of sins is in this verse in Romans 10:9. Interesting indeed. By acknowledging Jesus as Lord and that God raised Him from the dead something obviously is done in that transaction.

But I want you to focus on the truth that when you confess Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, this is an acknowledgement of what Jesus did and that you needed a Lord and you are also acknowledging the reason Jesus died and was resurrected. Jesus died for our sins. This acceptance of Jesus as resurrected Lord is a confession and as a result, He is faithful and righteous to cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness or you can say He is faithful and righteous to make you righteous just like Him. Did Jesus ever confess to being a sinner? No. But yet He took all of our sins which by that ‘act‘ placed Him with us as a sinner and God treated Him as such on the cross because He took our sins by faith just as if He had committed them all.

And he took all of our sins and lifted them in His body to the cross, for as we are dead to sin, we shall live in His righteousness, for by His scars you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Jesus took our punishment for sin which is rebellion against the will of God the Father and gave us His righteousness which is simply submission to the will of God. Sin simply means missing the mark. Righteousness is what is right from God’s viewpoint. Sickness is sin. Health IS His righteousness. Poverty is sin. Abundance is His righteousness. Why? Because that is what God and Jesus have. God and Jesus are not broke or in lack. They live in opulent abundance. Some Christians believe that it is holy or righteous to be broke. Nothing could be further from the truth. Poverty is sin. Not having enough is sin therefore it is unrighteousness. The Father sent Jesus so He could give us back everything Adam lost and more. God has and is righteous and that righteousness now BELONGS to us because of Jesus. Anything contrary to what God has or is is unrighteousness. What does The Word say about unrighteousness.

Neither yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. Romans 6:13 KJV

The Word yield means to allow, to give place. If you are born again, you are dead to sin and alive to Christ and His Righteousness. Romans 6:14 says, “Sin shall not which means, it does not have dominion or rulership or authority over you.” Why? Because you are not under the law but under grace, God’s unmerited, undeserved favor given to us in and through Christ Jesus. We are free from sin.

Through Him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses. Acts 13:39 NIV

Do you see it? Sickness is sin. Health is righteousness or right. Poverty and lack is sin. Abundance and being RICH IS RIGHTEOUSNESS. You don’t have to seek to be rich, rich comes with the righteousness. You don’t have to seek health, health comes with the righteousness. This is why Jesus told us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness. Jesus’s Blood has cleansed you and me and everyone who accepts Him from ALL unrighteousness. If you believe that then since you are cleansed the only thing left is RIGHTEOUSNESS!!! You simply have to know it and believe it and receive it and it is your and IT WILL BE MADE MANIFEST. But it’s not there just when you see it. It’s there and yours RIGHT NOW!!!! TAKE IT!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. Hebrews 9:12 King James Version

There are so many things that The Blood has afforded us, the list goes on and on and somethings we will not find out until we are with Jesus Himself.  But there are a few things I want to point out to us today. The first one is eternal redemption. The word redemption comes from the greek word apolutrósis. This word means a release effected by payment of ransom. When you redeem a coupon at the store someone has already paid the fifty-five cents or so you may be saving.  Redemption also means to buy back. God through Jesus’s blood bought us back to Himself.  A price had to be paid and Jesus paid that price.

In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness. Hebrews 9:22 New Living Translation

Jesus’s priceless blood provided the means for our sins to be forgiven. Without that blood, there is NO forgiveness of sins. It’s very plain and simple without that blood we would still be in our sins.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Ephesians 1:7 King James Version

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Colossians 1:14 King James Version

This redemption and this forgiveness through Jesus’s blood, this was given to us not because of anything we did but simply because of His Grace.  God’s Grace is comprised of His Love, His Kindness and Favor.

Never underestimate the power of The Blood.  It is precious to God.  Make sure it is precious to you.

The Blood

Purest of pure

And cleanest of clean

Working mighty works

Since it came on the scene

The Mighty Blood of Jesus

Cleanses and corrects

Fulfilling it’s duty

To save and protect

Covering covenant children

Setting sinners so free

His Blood shed so freely

For you and for me

Only by God’s Love

Could He pay such a price

Executed alongside sinners

And made the risen Christ

O’ who now among us

Would give up his life

Paying for others sins

And carrying their strife

Who would be able,

To resist the allure

Of the things he resisted

And still remain pure.

Hallelujah!!! By the Blood

We’ve all been set free

And are able to be called

As righteous as He!

All the “blessed” to you!!! Shalom!!

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!  2 Corinthians 5:17 New International Version

If you are a believer, you ARE a new creation.  But are you conscious of it?  Are you conscious of what Jesus has provided you in the New Creation?  Well let’s take a look at what Jesus has provided as a result of what He did on the cross.  You must understand that being born again makes you a son of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ.  There are things that Jesus gets as a result of God BEING His Father.  Let’s take a look at what those things are.

All things that the Father hath are mine… John 16:15 KJV

Well that about sums it up.  As a result of Jesus being the Son Of God EVERYTHING that the Father has belongs to Jesus.  Well you are also a son of God and a joint heir WITH Jesus so you have a double right to all the Father has.  So I want you to take some inventory of some of the things that The Father has.

God the Father has:

  • Perfect health with no possibility of ever being sick not one day
  • Riches and wealth in abundance including all spiritual blessing and material things
  • Perfect peace and completeness and shalom
  • Authority and rulership over ALL
  • Authority over time and eternal youth
  • Knowledge of the Truth Who is Jesus

So these are just a few things. Let’s start here. Do you think if you have these things your life would change and improve?  Well I have Good News!! ALL THESE THINGS ARE YOURS RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW!!!

But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, He went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation.  Hebrews 9:11 NIV

Notice that scripture said Jesus is High Priest of the GOOD THINGS that are NOW ALREADY HERE.  These things are yours freely by GRACE through FAITH or your believing that they are because The Word said so.  You have to believe that they are TRUTH and POSSIBLE then take OWNERSHIP of them as your own.  Here is something I discovered to be true.  Some believers are sick because they have faith that they can be sick.  Think about that.  Now think about the scripture we started off with.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5:17 New International Version

Are you in Christ? If you are a believer you are. Does Christ have any sickness or disease in Him?  NO!!! A thousand times no!  So if you are in Him them sickness has to get into Him to get to you right?  The old is GONE!!  The old is sickness, disease, death, poverty and lack etc..  You may see these things, but they only exist as a lie and not The Truth Who is Jesus.  When you see things that are contrary to who you are and what The Word of God Who is Jesus says you have, THAT is the time to act like yo’ Daddy, Father God.  When God looked out and saw darkness did He say, “Wow!!! Look at how dark it is!!!”  I guarantee if He did it would be dark still today.  No He said the opposite of what He saw and when He did He then saw LIGHT!!!  The question is do you believe it and ARE YOU CONSCIOUS of it.  Understand something and never forget it.  JESUS DIDN’T JUST GIVE HIS LIFE FOR YOU.  HE GAVE HIS LIFE TO YOU!!!

All of Jesus’s life, health, strength, prosperity, shalom, protection, deliverance, favor and the glory that the Father gave Him He has turned around and given it to us.  As He is so are you in this world. AMEN!! Say Amen somebody.

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!
