TRUTH 4 THOUGHT WEEKEND EDITION – THE WISDOM OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, Who has become for us wisdom from God–that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. I Corinthians 1:30 NIV

In the book of Proverbs it tells us to ‘get wisdom’. If you are born again YOU HAVE wisdom because you have Christ.  The scripture above says that we are in Christ Jesus Who has become FOR US wisdom from God.  So what is included in this wisdom from God.  The ingredients of wisdom are righteousness, holiness, and redemption.  Let’s stop and think about that for a moment.

  • Righteousness is wisdom
  • Holiness is wisdom
  • Redemption is wisdom

How and why is that?  Because of how God the Father set it up and achieved these things. In this selfish world, people for the most part don’t see giving as wisdom.  But God the Father because He is LOVE, He cannot help but to give because LOVE GIVES.  We did not earn or deserve righteousness.  It was imputed or given to us much like the gratuity you give to a waitress.  Perhaps you think that is a bad example because you may have ‘adjusted’ the waiters or waitresses gratuity based on their performance.

However if you look up the word gratuity the origin of the word from the 15th century denotes graciousness or favor and it is a gift. Biblical favor or grace is undeserved or unmerited.  It is based solely and only on the heart of the giver not the receiver’s performance.  To the human mind that does not make sense and does not seem fair to still give 20% when the service was not up to par. However Godly wisdom is based on GRACE.  Holiness is based on GRACE.  Redemption is based on GRACE, what Christ has done. All this comes out of the wisdom of God and are ingredients of His wisdom.

Take sometime to think about that.  Your Father has put so much thought and care into what He has provided for us through Christ Jesus.

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!

TRUTH 4 THOUGHT-CHRISTMAS EDITION-THE SMILE OF THE LORD

“As soon as Jesus came up out of the water, he saw the heavens breaking open and the Spirit descending on Him like a dove. 11And a voice came from heaven: “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”   Mark 1:11 Berea Study Bible

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!! And it is a Merry Christmas indeed all because of God the Father and The Lord Jesus Christ Who was born, lived and died and was resurrected for the sins of entire world.  In the fictional story or song of the Little Drummer Boy, the boy desires to give a gift to Jesus (but he has none)  and to  honor Jesus and play his best for Jesus and in his sincerity and out of his lack he offers what he does have: to play his drum for Jesus.  In the song, only after his performance on the drum does he finally get Jesus’s smile as the little drummer boy says, “THEN he smiled at me.”  It all sounds very honorable and in a way it is but in many ways this is why and how believers struggle today.  They are so busy working for Jesus and trying to do things for Jesus that they have never truly taken the time to just sit and receive ALL that He has done for them. They are like Martha so enamored with doing things for the Lord instead of receiving the Lord in all of His fullness and beauty.  And as a result they wind up praying for  Jesus to do things that He has already done or given them but they never took the time to find out what was already given to them in Him.  One of the great things about Jesus’s life and God the Father is that in the above verse, God the Father proclaimed that Jesus was His Beloved Son and that He was well pleased with Him.  Why is this important?  Because Jesus had not yet did one work, or miracle or anything!! He had just come up out of the water from being baptized.  This is a picture  and a sign for us today that God the Father is not loving us or pleased with us based on our works, performance or lack thereof.  He just smiles and loves us and blesses us before we ever did anything and He sent His Son to redeem us when we could do nothing.  Look at this scripture.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. 4For He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in His presence. In love Ephesians 1:3-4 Berean Study Bible

You see how He choose us in Him(Jesus) before the foundation of the world to be holy blamesless in His presence in LOVE!!!  Beloved this Christmas know that you have already received God’s smile  and all His blessings before you do one work or performance.  He did what He did because He loves you and you cannot really do anything or give anything to Him until you have received from Him.  I pray you receive ALL of the gift that and Who is Jesus! Amen!

Merry Christmas and Shalom to you in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ!

All the blessed to you!!!

TRUTH 4 THOUGHT WEEKEND EDITION- ALL THE WORK OF YOUR HANDS

8“The LORD will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. Deuteronomy 28:8  New Living Translation

Hey everyone!!! I hope you are doing well.  Just wanted to share a few things this weekend for you to think about as we enjoy and celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and prepare to enter a new year. Many will have resolutions and things they want to accomplish.  I encourage you to use your faith to aide the manifestation of you God given dreams.   I am sure as God’s creative and industrious people you have ideas and plans of things that are in your heart to do.  There are things maybe that have been on your heart for years and they have never faded away.  These are the things I want to talk about with you.  Many times in church or else where you may be concerned about whether something is the will of the Lord.  It’s easy to find Poppa’s will in His Word.  So lets take a look at what Poppa said about the work and things you do.

8“The LORD will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. Deuteronomy 28:8 New Living Translation

6Wherever you go and whatever you do,
you will be blessed. Deuteronomy 28:6 New Living Translation

12The LORD will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavens and will bless all the work you do.  Deuteronomy 28:12 New Living Translation

I want you to notice that Poppa has said 3 TIMES in the same chapter that He would bless ALL THE WORK of your hands.  Now let’s deal with the ridiculousness first.  God is not going to bless foolishness and evil and I KNOW that God’s people are not asking Him to bless evil works.  Love thinks the best so I will not think about that.  Okay enough of that.  Back to DA TRUTH.  Expect Poppa to bless your endeavors, your business, your books, your job, the food you cook.  WHY?  Because he said 3 TIMES He would bless ALL THE WORK OF YOUR HANDS!!

All and only the blessed to you! Shalom!!!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT CLEANSED FROM “ALL” UNRIGHTEOUSNESS

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us [our] sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I John 1:9 Darby Translation

Once again here we are talking about the grand topic of RIGHTEOUSNESS. It is grand indeed as the Lord Jesus told us to seek it first and then everything else would be added to us. This passage of scripture is a blessing. It is also a means of controversy because of the first part. Some people say you have to confess every single sin you ever commit. Some people say no when you confess that you are a sinner and receive Jesus that is all that is necessary. I am not going to get into a debate about that today because that is not our focus. I will share with you what the scripture says ensures your salvation.

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 New Living Translation

The same Holy Ghost who had John write I John is the same Holy Ghost that spoke to Paul in Romans. Yet no mention of confessing of sins is in this verse in Romans 10:9. Interesting indeed. By acknowledging Jesus as Lord and that God raised Him from the dead something obviously is done in that transaction.

But I want you to focus on the truth that when you confess Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, this is an acknowledgement of what Jesus did and that you needed a Lord and you are also acknowledging the reason Jesus died and was resurrected. Jesus died for our sins. This acceptance of Jesus as resurrected Lord is a confession and as a result, He is faithful and righteous to cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness or you can say He is faithful and righteous to make you righteous just like Him. Did Jesus ever confess to being a sinner? No. But yet He took all of our sins which by that ‘act‘ placed Him with us as a sinner and God treated Him as such on the cross because He took our sins by faith just as if He had committed them all.

And he took all of our sins and lifted them in His body to the cross, for as we are dead to sin, we shall live in His righteousness, for by His scars you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Jesus took our punishment for sin which is rebellion against the will of God the Father and gave us His righteousness which is simply submission to the will of God. Sin simply means missing the mark. Righteousness is what is right from God’s viewpoint. Sickness is sin. Health IS His righteousness. Poverty is sin. Abundance is His righteousness. Why? Because that is what God and Jesus have. God and Jesus are not broke or in lack. They live in opulent abundance. Some Christians believe that it is holy or righteous to be broke. Nothing could be further from the truth. Poverty is sin. Not having enough is sin therefore it is unrighteousness. The Father sent Jesus so He could give us back everything Adam lost and more. God has and is righteous and that righteousness now BELONGS to us because of Jesus. Anything contrary to what God has or is is unrighteousness. What does The Word say about unrighteousness.

Neither yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. Romans 6:13 KJV

The Word yield means to allow, to give place. If you are born again, you are dead to sin and alive to Christ and His Righteousness. Romans 6:14 says, “Sin shall not which means, it does not have dominion or rulership or authority over you.” Why? Because you are not under the law but under grace, God’s unmerited, undeserved favor given to us in and through Christ Jesus. We are free from sin.

Through Him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses. Acts 13:39 NIV

Do you see it? Sickness is sin. Health is righteousness or right. Poverty and lack is sin. Abundance and being RICH IS RIGHTEOUSNESS. You don’t have to seek to be rich, rich comes with the righteousness. You don’t have to seek health, health comes with the righteousness. This is why Jesus told us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness. Jesus’s Blood has cleansed you and me and everyone who accepts Him from ALL unrighteousness. If you believe that then since you are cleansed the only thing left is RIGHTEOUSNESS!!! You simply have to know it and believe it and receive it and it is your and IT WILL BE MADE MANIFEST. But it’s not there just when you see it. It’s there and yours RIGHT NOW!!!! TAKE IT!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT THE BLOOD

Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. Hebrews 9:12 King James Version

There are so many things that The Blood has afforded us, the list goes on and on and somethings we will not find out until we are with Jesus Himself.  But there are a few things I want to point out to us today. The first one is eternal redemption. The word redemption comes from the greek word apolutrósis. This word means a release effected by payment of ransom. When you redeem a coupon at the store someone has already paid the fifty-five cents or so you may be saving.  Redemption also means to buy back. God through Jesus’s blood bought us back to Himself.  A price had to be paid and Jesus paid that price.

In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness. Hebrews 9:22 New Living Translation

Jesus’s priceless blood provided the means for our sins to be forgiven. Without that blood, there is NO forgiveness of sins. It’s very plain and simple without that blood we would still be in our sins.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Ephesians 1:7 King James Version

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Colossians 1:14 King James Version

This redemption and this forgiveness through Jesus’s blood, this was given to us not because of anything we did but simply because of His Grace.  God’s Grace is comprised of His Love, His Kindness and Favor.

Never underestimate the power of The Blood.  It is precious to God.  Make sure it is precious to you.

The Blood

Purest of pure

And cleanest of clean

Working mighty works

Since it came on the scene

The Mighty Blood of Jesus

Cleanses and corrects

Fulfilling it’s duty

To save and protect

Covering covenant children

Setting sinners so free

His Blood shed so freely

For you and for me

Only by God’s Love

Could He pay such a price

Executed alongside sinners

And made the risen Christ

O’ who now among us

Would give up his life

Paying for others sins

And carrying their strife

Who would be able,

To resist the allure

Of the things he resisted

And still remain pure.

Hallelujah!!! By the Blood

We’ve all been set free

And are able to be called

As righteous as He!

All the “blessed” to you!!! Shalom!!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT “BEING” A NEW CREATION

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!  2 Corinthians 5:17 New International Version

If you are a believer, you ARE a new creation.  But are you conscious of it?  Are you conscious of what Jesus has provided you in the New Creation?  Well let’s take a look at what Jesus has provided as a result of what He did on the cross.  You must understand that being born again makes you a son of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ.  There are things that Jesus gets as a result of God BEING His Father.  Let’s take a look at what those things are.

All things that the Father hath are mine… John 16:15 KJV

Well that about sums it up.  As a result of Jesus being the Son Of God EVERYTHING that the Father has belongs to Jesus.  Well you are also a son of God and a joint heir WITH Jesus so you have a double right to all the Father has.  So I want you to take some inventory of some of the things that The Father has.

God the Father has:

  • Perfect health with no possibility of ever being sick not one day
  • Riches and wealth in abundance including all spiritual blessing and material things
  • Perfect peace and completeness and shalom
  • Authority and rulership over ALL
  • Authority over time and eternal youth
  • Knowledge of the Truth Who is Jesus

So these are just a few things. Let’s start here. Do you think if you have these things your life would change and improve?  Well I have Good News!! ALL THESE THINGS ARE YOURS RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW!!!

But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, He went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation.  Hebrews 9:11 NIV

Notice that scripture said Jesus is High Priest of the GOOD THINGS that are NOW ALREADY HERE.  These things are yours freely by GRACE through FAITH or your believing that they are because The Word said so.  You have to believe that they are TRUTH and POSSIBLE then take OWNERSHIP of them as your own.  Here is something I discovered to be true.  Some believers are sick because they have faith that they can be sick.  Think about that.  Now think about the scripture we started off with.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5:17 New International Version

Are you in Christ? If you are a believer you are. Does Christ have any sickness or disease in Him?  NO!!! A thousand times no!  So if you are in Him them sickness has to get into Him to get to you right?  The old is GONE!!  The old is sickness, disease, death, poverty and lack etc..  You may see these things, but they only exist as a lie and not The Truth Who is Jesus.  When you see things that are contrary to who you are and what The Word of God Who is Jesus says you have, THAT is the time to act like yo’ Daddy, Father God.  When God looked out and saw darkness did He say, “Wow!!! Look at how dark it is!!!”  I guarantee if He did it would be dark still today.  No He said the opposite of what He saw and when He did He then saw LIGHT!!!  The question is do you believe it and ARE YOU CONSCIOUS of it.  Understand something and never forget it.  JESUS DIDN’T JUST GIVE HIS LIFE FOR YOU.  HE GAVE HIS LIFE TO YOU!!!

All of Jesus’s life, health, strength, prosperity, shalom, protection, deliverance, favor and the glory that the Father gave Him He has turned around and given it to us.  As He is so are you in this world. AMEN!! Say Amen somebody.

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!

TRUTH 4 THOUGHT – WEEKEND EDITION-PRAYER IN THE SPIRIT

But, as for you, divinely loved ones, building yourselves up constantly in the sphere of and by means of your most holy Faith, and as constantly praying in the sphere of and by means of the Holy Spirit, with watchful care keep yourselves within the sphere of God’s love, expectantly looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ resulting in life eternal. Jude 1:20 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Praying in the Spirit or by the Spirit is one of the most powerful weapons and tools given to us by God the Father thru the Lord Jesus Christ.  It is also unfortunately one of the most underused, taught against and simply ignored weapons.  I don’t talk about the devil in most cases because he’s a defeated foe who deserves no respect.  This is the way Jesus treated him and the things he caused and you should take your cue from Jesus, not man.  But I want you to know that the enemy is involved in distracting and teaching against this gift.  Jesus told the the disciples to wait for the gift of the Holy Spirit and tongues. Prayer as a whole should be valued but it should also be realized as to what it is: simply communicating and exchanges or conversations and desires with God the Father.

Here’s a few things praying in the spirit does:

  • Builds you up in your spirit, soul and body allowing your physical immune system to receive a 30% or more boost as documented by researchers at Oral Roberts University.
  • Allows you to pray the perfect and accurate prayer for any situation, regardless of what your mind knows or does not know.
  • Brings you to a place of peace on the inside that releases peace and shalom in your outside circumstances by faith.
  • Releases the Kingdom of God in you with which is righteousness, shalom and joy in the Holy Ghost.  When continued in for a extended period of time, aligns your spirit and soul to line up with the Holy Spirit
  • Moves you permanently to places that were already yours in Christ, that you were unaware of or only realized in corporate church settings or in the midst of praise of worship.  The sense of joy released strengthens you spirit, soul and body.

We will continue this next week so be sure to stay tuned with us all next week.  You will be empowered and encouraged to pray more and particularly in the Spirit and receive the many benefits the Lord has provided through that piece of the armor of God.

All the blessed to you! Shalom!!!

TRUTH 4 THOUGHT – GO THE OTHER WAY!!!!!

….that, as sin reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans 5:21 Kenneth Wuest Translation

I want to ask you to do yourself a favor.  Take sometime this weekend and really meditate and think about and have a discussion with the Holy Spirit about this scripture and this chapter.  Lets look at an earlier verse as this may help you understand what is being offered to you.

For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ.  Romans 5:17 New Living Translation

Do you see what is being said to you  and hear what is now being offered to you and IS YOURS NOW because of Jesus Christ our Lord?  What it’s saying is death was only able to rule and reign over men because of what Adam did.  That is the only reason that people are not living for 6,7,8, 900 years.  Before Adam sinned there was no death!!! Death was never part of God’s plan for man.  That came in because of sin.  Oh but GLORY TO GOD, sin has been done away with.  Sin has no dominion over you if you are not under the law trying to be holy instead of just accepting His Holiness.  This scripture declares to you and all who will receive it DA TRUTH!!!! That what Jesus did is greater than what sin did and because of God’s wonderful grace and His gift of righteousness ALL WHO RECEIVE IT WILL LIVE IN TRIUMPH OVER SIN AND DEATH through this One Man, Jesus Christ.  Jesus lives in perpetual victory over sin and death and if you believe and receive that so do you!!!!!

That means body parts wearing out, old age affecting you and death taking you out is no longer an option on the devils table. Why?

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  Romans 8:2  King James Version

You have been removed from that kingdom and from sin and death’s influence and lordship.  The only way it affects you is if you believe it can and will.  I don’t say this to be mean but the Lord Himself said, “My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.”  Its shameful and ignorant to hear a believer and especially a minister say, “Well you know, when you get to a certain age, things don’t work as good as they used to.”  Think about this for a moment.  Do you realize that Jesus’s body is over 2000 years old?  And His Body is in perfect working order.  Now someone will say, “Well that’s Jesus and He has a glorified body”  Really?  Are you going to use that as a cop out?  Then what about Elijah?  Then what about Enoch?  Enoch is still a natural man in a natural body so far as we know and he was taken from the Earth almost 6000 years ago.  Do you think Enoch is in Heaven on a cane?  No maybe God made him a scooter to ride on to take the weight off his legs from ‘his arthritis.”  Bless God, you know that is not true.  There is no arthritis in Heaven.  And please let me help you with something.  If you have any type of ailment  PLEASE do not add insult to injury by claiming it as “YOUR ARTHRITIS” or “YOUR DIABETES”.  Please do not lie against THE TRUTH.  You are a member of the Body of Christ and Christ has no arthritis or diabetes or cancer and John 4:17 says, As He IS, so are we in this world!!!”  You are not just a natural person!    In the natural what is supposed to happen when a venomous snake bites a person?  They are supposed to become ill and possibly die.  Well how come when an extremely poisonous snake bit Paul he shook it off and felt no harm?

But Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects.  Acts 28:5  New International Version

Understand something, God did not create the serpent or  snake with venom.  The snake in the garden had no venom and it was not biting or trying to bite Adam or his wife.  The venom came as a part of the curse as an effect of sin on the snake.  It came as a result of sin.  You have been made free from sin in all of its ways, shapes and forms.  Romans 6:14 says sin has no dominion over you because you are not under the law but under grace.  This tells me two things about Paul.   Paul was not living under the law and the Paul was living under grace and this is how sin and the serpents bite that came as an effect of sin had no dominion or effect on Paul.  As a matter of truth that scripture in Acts goes on to say that there were people standing around waiting for Paul to drop dead.  But when they saw it had no effect on him, they changed their minds and said he was a god!!!!!   That’s what is supposed to be happening with you and me.  When we lay hands on the sick and they recover, or a missing and deformed limb grows out people should be saying, “There goes GOD!!!”  You are His child.  Good children imitate their father if he is a good one (or in some cases a bad one).  But we have THE BEST FATHER THERE IS!!!

So how will this happen?  How will you live not only to 120 but 220, even 320 years young.  It will happen as you, while other people at 50, 60, 70 and 80 are thinking about and preparing to die, YOU will be preparing to live and continue to declare the works of the Lord.  This is what is called GOING THE OTHER WAY!!!!!  Don’t be afraid to GO THE OTHER WAY!!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT “WHY JESUS HAD TO BE BORN OF A VIRGIN & THE HOLY SPIRIT?”

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 King James Version

JESUS is great!! And all the power that He has and all the power of His Name belongs to YOU!   We get many questions from time to time from our readers and as we can, we post answers from The Word of God to those questions.  Recently one of our readers ask, “Why did Jesus have to be born not of man but a virgin and the Spirit?”  It is such a great question full of so much revelation and inspiration to show the glory, goodness and never changing nature of God Our Father and Jesus.  So let’s begin with The Word of course.  Ultimately though Jesus was a child and became a man, His ultimate purpose was that of a Lamb.  The Old Testament is a type and shadow of what The Father ultimately planned for us in and through Christ. So lets take a look at how lambs were used in the Old Testament. At that time, they had to have a lamb for Passover and for the covering of their sins. But it could not be just any old lamb.

Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats. Exodus 12:5 English Standard Version

So we see here that the lamb had to be a young lamb and without any defect or blemish. It had to be male as well and a certain age. If you study it the lamb had to be checked as well for a number of other things as it could not have any scurvy, or skin disease or twisted testicles.  In other words as close to perfect as possible.  It had to be their very best. They also had to keep the lamb in the house with them for a certain number of days. This caused them to grow close to the lamb and the children to play with the lamb and be fond of it.  But when the time came the parents and eventually the children knew that the lamb would have to be sacrificed and killed which made it all the more difficult to do.  So what does this have to do with Jesus?  EVERYTHING!!!!

I believe that one of the things many Christians and Believers do not understand about God our Father is that HE HAS FEELINGS!!!  He is not run by His feelings yet He still has them.  Imagine The Father spending millions of years together with Jesus His Son as The Word.  Then He choose to have Him sent to Earth knowing full well what would happen to Him.  Do you see the correlation between the earthly lamb and the Heavenly Lamb now?  Now let’s get into the answer to the question.

This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 1:18 New Living Translation

So let’s look at some science that backs up Bible Truth.  Scientist have known and do know that the baby while in the womb receives NONE of the mother’s blood.  This is very important for JESUS. The Father did this in His wisdom a long time before this ever actually happened. The baby receives all of his or her blood from the father through their seed or sperm.  Now as for as the food, the baby receives its food and nutrition from the mother.  Since this is the case and Mary became pregnant literally by the Holy Spirit which is the Spirit of God the Father Himself, then The Blood of Jesus is literally The Blood of the Father Himself!!!!  Very powerful, very deep but very true.  This is what makes it so powerful and so precious and so important.  This is what gives it it’s ability to take away sin because it is God’s pure Blood untainted by sin that was in the blood of humans from Adam.  If it had been from Joseph it would have been tainted and had no power to cover and or wash away sins.

Now lets talk about Mary being a virgin. Just like those lambs were untouched and never had sex with another lamb so they are undefiled and unblemished, Mary’s virginity played an important role as she had been kept by the Lord for this sanctified use.  She was a chosen vessel by God the Father Himself and was highly favored.  Now understand something. Sin is not apart of humanity. It never was!  It crept in after satan tricked Adam and Eve. Some people teach that sin is a part of humanity which is incorrect. Sin is a product of the fall of humanity in the Garden of Eden.  So since Jesus was born by the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit produced His Blood, everyone knows your life is in your blood.  Take all your blood out and you are dead. So there was no sin in His Blood, only LIFE the way God originally created it.

For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh. Romans 8:3 NIV

So the key word in that verse above is the “likeness” of sinful flesh.  Jesus came in the likeness of sinful flesh but there was no sin in His flesh.  Why? Because God did not create the flesh with sin in it so therefore he was born the way God intended all men and women to be.  He looked just like us but was different than us. Had Jesus had sin in His flesh or blood he would have been as powerless as you or I to redeem us from eternal damnation.  But Glory to God that is not the case!!!  You see in the verse above the The Father sent Him to be a “sin offering”.  Now go back to the earthly lamb, it could have no defects.  The same for Jesus but on an absolutely perfect level.

You should know and be very confident about these 3 things about Jesus:

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV

Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: I Peter 2:22

And you know that Jesus came to take away our sins, and there is no sin in him. I John 3:5 New Living Translation

So Jesus knew no sin, did no sin and there is no sin in Him!!!

This is a powerful truth that every believer needs to have in their “knowledge of Him” arsenal!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT Part 4

But, as for you, divinely loved ones, building yourselves up constantly in the sphere of and by means of your most holy Faith, and as constantly praying in the sphere of and by means of the Holy Spirit, with watchful care keep yourselves within the sphere of God’s love, expectantly looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ resulting in life eternal. Jude 1:20 Kenneth Wuest Translation

If you have ever felt that you needed help or assistance in prayer to pray accurately and efficiently about a particular thing or person, do you realize that help or assistance has already been given to you in the person of the Holy Spirit?   I love that word efficient.  That word means to achieve maximum productivity with minimum  wasted effort or expense.  The Holy Spirit helps us to be efficient in our prayers.  Take some time to think about that. What if you could achieve the maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.  This would save you time, money, energy, relationships and other things. Why?  Because it removes sin from what you do.  Sin is the greek word harmartia and it simply means to miss the mark.  Do you think the Holy Spirit desires a believer to start a business, spends thousands or millions of dollars and be away from their family only to have it fail?  Absolutely not!!!  Poppa is the most purposeful and successful businessman there is  and He has made His success available to us thru Christ Jesus.  Most Christian business failures happen as a result of two things:

  • Thinking like the world at the start of the business that there is a possibility “it might fail.”
  • Setting up their business and operating it like the world.

Now you may be wondering what this has to do with prayer but it has everything to do with prayer because prayer is where you start.  Let’s say you have a desire, a strong and continual desire to start a popcorn company.  You start with your desire and then you go and find out what Jesus said about your desire.

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.  Mark 11:22-24 King James Version

And answering, Jesus says to them, Be constantly having faith in God. Truly, I am saying to you, Whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and be thrown into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart but believes that that which he says comes to pass, it shall be his. On this account I am saying to you, All things whatever you are praying and asking for, be believing that you received them, and they shall be yours.  Mark 11:22-24 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Now this is going to be really good and I am writing this to and for myself as well.  So take note in the Mark 11:22 verse where Jesus said, “Have faith in God.”  The original Greek text says, “Have the faith of God.”  Now let me ask you a question.  In Genesis when God the Father was making the world do you think He’s sitting on the throne saying one thing then thinking another?  He said, “Light be!”.  Did He then sit there and go, “Oh my I hope the lights come on because you know what man says, there is a possibility I can fail.  Oh lights please come on, I don’t want to look bad in front of all the people that I am gonna create  if I can create them!”  To any believer who knows God this sounds like foolishness to even insinuate that God would think like that.  Well guess what?  You’re His child and you’re just like your Daddy so start believing it and acting like it.

No we have been taught failure even from and in some cases especially from the pulpit, but as Paul said you have not learned so from Christ.  Jesus NEVER failed!!!! Everything He was suppose to do He did and The Word says, “HE HAS DONE ALL THINGS WELL!!!”  Well, John 14 says, “As He is so are we in this world!”  Uh oh, I smell a goat!!!!  What do goats do?  They butt up against things, in this case The Word.  “But what if its not the will of God?”  Do you desire it?  Then Jesus told you to ask for it!!!  Trust Him to get your attention before you waste anytime or money but don’t sit there for 50 years talking about you don’t know if what you desire is the will of God.  He told you whatsoever things you desire.  Look at these two scriptures in the Bible.  And please I hope that you KNOW that you are the righteousness of God in Christ.

The desire of the righteous is only good…. Proverbs 11:23 KJV

… the desire of the righteous shall be granted Proverbs 10:24 KJV

Do you see what the Lord is saying about your desires.  So pray about your desires.  Pray especially in the spirit. You cannot make a mistake praying in the Spirit because your spirit is attached to God and is perfect just like Him. This is why Jude 1 says praying in the Spirit is your MOST HOLY FAITH!!!!!  I pray you get this!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!
