JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE Part 1

…..for the law of the Spirit, that of the life in Christ Jesus, freed you once for all from the law of the sinful nature and of death. Romans 8:2 Kenneth Wuest Translation.

  • The Law of the Spirit
  • That of the Life in Christ Jesus (whose life you have)
  • Freed you once for all
  • From the law of the sinful nature and death

The Word of God is powerful! It’s alive! The Word says it is and I believe it! How about you?  This scripture is absolutely full term pregnant with answers, secrets, promises and ways out of a number of things that the world says are normal.  When you were not born again, you were under the law and the curse of the law.  Unfortunately, if a person is still trying to earn God’s favor and blessings  and Heaven by doing good works and not doing this or doing that, they are still under the curse of the law.  That is what God the Father and Jesus see as self-righteousness. To make it more clear for you, when someone tries to live that way its the equivalent of slapping God the Father and Jesus in the face and saying, “God you didn’t have to send Jesus, I can make my own way by not doing this and then I will do that and then I won’t do this. I will create my own righteousness. That is never going to work. If it did God the Father would have never sent Jesus to die anyway.

However if you accept the finished work of Christ then you can enjoy the benefit of the above scripture and be free from the sinful nature and death.  I am not saying that you will never commit another sin I am simply saying it won’t affect your right standing with God the Father. Why? Because your standing with God comes from Jesus not you.  Jesus is righteous.  You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You’re not righteous on your own. The only reason you have any righteousness at all is because of Jesus. Jesus took all your sins and condemnation and punishment and guilt on the Cross and gave you all of His righteousness, favor, blessing and standing with The Father. He brought you under a new law.  The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus that freed you once and for all from the sinful nature and death.

This is what enabled Paul to be bitten by a serpent in the book of Acts and it could not harm him. Snakes were not created by God with venom. The venom came after the fall and sin perverted and twisted nature.  So since venom is a product or by-product of the sinful nature that you are free from, when you believe what The Word says instead of what you see on TV that happens to people who get bit by snakes then it will have no effect on you.  I’m not talking about people who tempt God and handle snakes deliberately.  No if you happen to come across a snake and it attempts to harm you it won’t be able to is what I said.  Don’t take my word for it! Take The Word for it.

Behold, I have given you the authority to advance by setting foot upon snakes and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any case harm you  Luke 10:19 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Now in case you didn’t know that was Jesus talking.  He can’t lie!  So whether it’s a snake or something else that is a by-product of the sinful nature or death you are freed once and for all from it.  The deciding factor is: DO YOU BELIEVE IT?

All the “blessed” to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT BEING & STAYING FREE FROM THE CURSE

“Behold, I have received a command to bless; When He has blessed, then I cannot revoke it. Numbers 23:20  New American Standard Bible

Once a king tried to hire a someone to curse the children of Israel.  The person whom he hired named Balaam said something that is worth paying attention to.

Balak summoned me to come from Aram;
the king of Moab brought me from the eastern hills.
‘Come,’ he said, ‘curse Jacob for me!
Come and announce Israel’s doom.’
8But how can I curse those
whom God has not cursed?
How can I condemn those
whom the LORD has not condemned?  Numbers 23:7-8 New Living Translaton

This man knew something that most Christians do not know.  He knew he could not curse what God had not cursed or condemn what God had not condemned. The key here is YOU.  Do you know your blessed and that you cannot be cursed without your permission and participation?  Man cannot curse and the devil cannot curse you but if you don’t know this he can bring symptoms of the curse in your life and if he convinces you that the curse is functioning in your life he will use your own faith to execute the curse in your life. That is one way the enemy tries to get Christians to accept the curse.  The other way is by New Testament Christians trying to live and operate under the Old Testament, specifically the law or ten commandments.  Lets see what Paul had to say about that.

But those who depend on the law to make them right with God are under his curse, for the Scriptures say, “Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all the commands that are written in God’s Book of the Law.” Galatians 3:10 New Living Translation

When a blood bought believer tries to rely on his works and his obedience to the law to make him righteous and right before God they bring themselves back under the curse.  Why?  Because they cannot possibly follow and be obedient to all the laws that are out there. People tried it for 1500 years and failed miserably.  The only One Who did not was Jesus!  When you put your faith in what He did and not what you are trying to do then you are then functioning in the obedience of faith by accepting Him and his finished work as your righteousness.  When you refuse it, you spit in God’s face and are literally saying, “I did not need you to send Jesus, I can take care of my own righteousness.”  Let me know how that works out for you.  The Blessing of Abraham is yours and all the other blessing including every spiritual blessing is yours by covenant right and inheritance.  Believe you are blessed and accept Jesus as your righteousness and obedience. When you do rest assured that the devil cannot curse what The Father has blessed.

All the “blessed” to you! Shalom!!!

TRUTH 4 THOUGHT- WHAT DO YOU DESIRE?

If you maintain a living communion with Me and My words are at home in you, I command you to ask, at once, something for yourself, whatever your heart desires, and it will become yours! John 15:7 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Desires!!! We all have them, even God Our Father has desires. So when Adam messed up the perfect plan that Poppa had created what did God the Father do? He immediately set His plan in motion to redeem man back to Himself. Why? Because that was His desire and He would not be denied. God the Father has desires and this is where all human beings get their ability and longing to desire. Yes, in some cases people’s desires are perverted but for the most part people’s desires are generally good. However I do not want to focus on people with evil desires. I am going to focus on the believer and what The Word of God says about a righteous person and their desires. I believe The Word! How about you?

The desire of the righteous is only good… Proverbs 11:23 King James Version

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus AND I KNOW IT!!! If you are a believer you should know this too. There are all kinds of benefits that come with being righteous like being protected, delivered out of trouble, your house being blessed and many others. But today we are talking about desires and God’s Word says that the desire of the righteous is only good. I believe that. Now I have a natural human side and you can in your carnal mind desire things that are not best but that is not what this scripture is talking about. It’s talking about the real you! The born again spirit you, that only desires good and has never desired or done any evil at all. Oh yes, that person is in you and it is the person of Jesus Christ in your born again human spirit. You should not be afraid of your desires and you should not think them selfish. The Word declared that they are good and the opening text which is translated from the original Greek says, “ask at once something for YOURSELF, whatever your heart desires, and it will become yours!” Now you are not going to hear that in a religious church. But you have heard it from The Word of God. So believe it and receive it! Let’s see what else The Word has to say about the desire of a righteous person.

What the wicked fears will come upon him, But the desire of the righteous will be granted. Proverbs 10:24 King James Version

Oh His goodness! We better read that again to make sure we are not seeing things.

What the wicked fears will come upon him, But the desire of the righteous will be granted. Proverbs 10:24 King James Version

THE DESIRE OF THE RIGHTEOUS WILL BE GRANTED!!! If you have not already you had better get to desiring somethings. And I am not talking about a close parking space at the mall. I’m talking about something BIG from BIG POPPA. God has His desires fulfilled. Do you think He wants any less for His children? Of course not. I will even share with you a little, no its a big secret. If you are born again, YOU are one of God’s greatest desires fulfilled. That is AWESOME!!! You are a BIG DEAL to Poppa!! If you weren’t He would have never given up His Own Son, His Only Son at the time for you and me. So you must be ‘sum tin’ special. Start acting like it and believe these scriptures in Proverbs and in John and in Mark 11:24. When you do you already have Poppa’s Word that your desire WILL BE GRANTED!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT YOU “ARE” A NEW CREATION!

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV

Think about this.  What if you had a 2010 Honda Civic fully loaded. You purchased it used and find out that the owner did not get the oil changed regularly so it messed up the engine and you have to now get a new engine. Costly? Yes!  Worth it? Definitely.   A new engine cost about 3 grand.  A new car on average about 20 grand.  The cost of the car is not today’s message but the new engine is.  The engine is the heart of the car. It is what gives the car its power and determines how the car will run. Let’s say you found out in addition to getting a new engine for a few hundred more, you could put a more powerful engine in the car and you decided to go that route.  When we look at the topic scripture above that is what that scripture is talking about.   If any man accepts and is IN Christ he or she is a new creation a being that did not exist before.  Old things ARE passed away.  Behold!(That word means look closely and see or realize) ALL THINGS ARE BECOME NEW!

“But Brother Vincent I am in Christ and I still have the same dry, rusty hands I had before I got saved!!!” True!  But just like the car, we did not replace the body of the car.  The body of the car was not defective only the engine.  This is how we were. Because of what Adam did we all had a dead spirit or defective battery in us.  When you got born again that old dead spirit died completely and was taken away with Jesus and nailed to the Cross.  You received a brand new spirit that is “eternally alive!”  This is what eternal life is and much more.  You don’t just get eternal life when you go to Heaven. YOU HAVE IT RIGHT NOW!!!  With that new eternal spirit which comes from the Spirit of God you are now more powerful than you ever were before being born again and you will REMAIN that way forever. The issue is most people don’t know this and they live the same way they did before the got saved.

Truth is your spirit is so alive and full of life and the resurrection power of God that it can rejuvenate and effect even your physical body.  The Word of God says so!!!!  Don’t take my word for it. Take The Word for it!!!!

And if the Spirit of Him(God the Father) Who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. Romans 8:11 NIV

Do you see that? Because God’s very own Spirit lives in you thru Christ Jesus, that Spirit has the ability to give life to even your mortal body.  That’s the body you have right now! Not your glorified body you will get later.  Now Moses did not have that Spirit living IN HIM, but it did come ON HIM by Him spending time in God’s presence.  The Bible says that Moses when he died, his eyes were not dim, neither was his natural force or vigor and strength abated or diminished.  He had to go climb a mountain just to die. Thats no small feat at 120 years old.  Imagine what you can do with that Spirit living in you not just on you.    That Spirit has the power to renew your youth and restore you to your teenage years in strength, energy and vitality. Think about that and believe.  Think about that and receive.

All the blessed to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT JUDGING RIGHTEOUS JUDGEMENT PART 2

Stop judging by appearances, but judge with righteous judgment!” John 7:24 King James Version

Shalom to you!  Yesterday, we talked about Jesus and how he instructed the Pharisees to not judge by appearance but to judge righteous judgement.  We also shared how this applies to things in our lives.  Jesus wants us to not be moved by what we see but by His Word which is faithful, true and dependable.  When things look contrary to The Word believe The Word.  Today we are going to switch up a little bit.  Yesterday we mainly talked about things in regards to judging righteous judgement.  Let’s talk today about how this applies to people.  As usual we will start with The Word.

So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.  2 Corinthians 5:16  NIV

This scripture is the Apostle Paul instructing people in how things have changed since they now belong to Christ.  He admonishes them that from now on, they are not to regard anyone from just a human standpoint.  Why?  Because this would prevent them from judging the person with a righteous judgement.  Let me ask you a question.  When you see a person, lets say you are a man and you see a beautiful woman.  There is nothing wrong with acknowledging that the woman is beautiful however, if you are a believer, do your thoughts go beyond that, beyond appearance, beyond the flesh?  Do you see that person and wonder if they are saved or not?  When Jesus met the woman at the well, we have no scripture as to how she looked but we can tell from the conversation that Jesus was interested in her soul and being a blessing to her. His intent was to share The Gospel, Himself with her to alleviate not just her natural thirst but her spiritual thirst.

When we engage the grocery store clerk, the mechanic, or cashier, we have to be mindful not just of what we want and need from them but what we need to give to them.  We are here as ambassadors on an assignment from Heaven.  The job you do everyday is not your full-time job, not if you are a believer.  The job you get a paycheck from is simply your part-time job.  Being a believer is your full-time job.  You are here to work miracles.  You are here to heal the sick.  You are here to cast out demons.  You are here to be JESUS!  As believers Jesus must be our constant example and we must know Him through and by The Word.  Jesus was dogged and put down by the so-called “church people’ for hanging out with well-known sinners, tax collectors and other shady characters.  As a matter of fact, Jesus had a title that would not be popular in the church and that  most Christians today would not be guilty of.  He was called, “THE FRIEND OF SINNERS.”  May you have that title as well.  Jesus was about winning people and how can you win people if you are busy shunning them? At a previous church, it was common to hear the pastor say that if you hang out with sinners, soon you would be sinning and they will contaminate you.  But my Bible says, “Greater is He that is in me, than He that is in the world.  In the Old Testament if you touched the unclean you became unclean.  But in The New Testament Jesus touched the unclean lepers and made them clean.  The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you.  Look at what Jesus said.

I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners and need to repent.  Luke 5:32 New Living Translation

The Pharisees looked at the people Jesus was hanging out with and eating with as scum and beneath them.  Jesus saw people who needed to be saved.  See things the way Jesus sees them. More importantly see people the way Jesus sees them.  Jesus died for that person just like He died for you.  What would you want someone to do for you?

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH – ABOUT JUDGING RIGHTEOUS JUDGEMENT PART 1

Stop judging by appearances, but judge with righteous judgment!” John 7:24 King James Version

Shalom to you!!  Have you ever heard the saying, you can’t judge a book by its cover?  That is a great analogy for this scripture that Jesus spoke to the Pharisees.  Jesus had just healed a man on the Sabbath day.  Now based on the law, no one is supposed to do any work on the Sabbath so they tried to attack Jesus and find fault with Him.  But Jesus called them out about it and said they do work too on the Sabbath if it falls on a day where they are supposed to do something important like circumcision.  So Jesus deemed the man’s healing as important too and told them to stop judging by appearance and judge righteous judgment.  Righteousness is what’s right from God’s viewpoint.  A person being healed is righteous in God’s eyes.  Why?  Because it is what is right!!!  A particular day does not dictate what is right or righteous.  That is the law.  You have to wait for rules or regulations or this qualifying act or time to be healed.  Like when the angel stirred the pool and then people could be healed.  Jesus came and asked the man sitting at the pool a question.

When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, “Do you wish to get well?” The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, but while I am coming, another steps down before me.”  John 5:7-8 NASB

Jesus then told the man, “Rise up and take up your bed and walk,”  Again this healing was done on the Sabbath day and Jesus was attacked again for doing so.  But Jesus knew you don’t take rules and block righteousness.  Also Jesus said, “The Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath.” (Mark 2:27)  It was always time for righteousness because righteousness exist outside of time.  Faith always overrides and supersedes and takes authority over time.  In John 2 Jesus’ mother came to Him and told Him they have no more wine.  He told His Mom, that it was not His time to being doing things but He did it and God the Father allowed it.  He did not allow a rule or a created thing, time, to prevent and delay the work of righteousness.

Faith is alway NOW!! The Bible says, “Now faith is….the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.  Before they drew it out that supply of wine was not seen, but it is evident by The Word of God that it was readily available for their enjoyment and provided by God the Father through Jesus.  Jesus’s mothers faith was the substance of the thing that those people hoped for,… more wine, and the evidence that there was a supply for their lack or want.  Let’s look at what Jesus said again.

Stop judging by appearances, but judge with righteous judgment!” John 7:24 King James Version

So if it appears like you do not have enough money, Jesus says to you, “Stop judging by appearances, but judge righteous judgment.”  What is a righteous judgement when there appears to be lack?  Knowing that Jesus is your Supply and Supplier.  What does Jesus (The Word) say about lack?

Jehovah [is] my shepherd, I do not lack,  Psalm 23;1 Youngs Literal Translation

You are to JUDGE every situation (not people) in your life by and according to Jesus (The Word).  You say only what He says. Look at this verse in Proverbs.

A king that sitteth in the throne of judgment scattereth away all evil with his eyes.  Proverbs 20:8 KJV

Let’s look at another version.

When a king sits in judgment, he weighs all the evidence, distinguishing the bad from the good. Proverbs 20:8 New Living Translation

The Word of God declares us kings (under the King of kings) and priest (under the High Priest Jesus). So as a king you are to sit and judge every situation in your life and family.  You are to weigh the evidence.  Don’t give weight to the wrong evidence. Remember we just said faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.   You are to weigh the evidence of The Word against what you see and give glory (weight) to God by declaring that His Word tips the scales in the favor of righteousness.  YOU ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD, so the scales are tipped in your favor.  So if you see lack and the evidence of Psalms 23:1 and John 10:10 says that Jesus came that you might have life and have it more abundantly, which includes your provision, you are to judge that situation as unrighteousness.  Jesus’s Blood cleanses you from all unrighteousness whether it be physical, or mental or social or financial.  THIS IS RIGHTEOUS JUDGEMENT!!!  Not what you see but what The Word says!!!  Oh boy I just helped myself if no one else got helped.  This is a revelation!!!  You have to meditate and chew on this.  We will pick this up tomorrow.

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom

JUST DA TRUTH -ABOUT JESUS “LOVES” ELLEN DEGENERES Part 2

For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 New Living Translation

Yesterday we began this series with the pivotal focus on the truth that Jesus loves Ellen Degeneres.  We used Ellen because I happen to like her and I love her just like Jesus does and to make a point. Many preachers and other believers try to condemn Ellen because she has chosen or lives a particular lifestyle. There are believers that are addicted to drugs, pornography, food and many other things yet they believe that Jesus loves them and they are going to Heaven and they are right even though the things mentioned are sin.  Once again I know, understand and believe what the Bible says about homosexuality being sin however the point we made is that God the Father and Jesus are not focused on what Ellen is doing or not doing but They are focused on what They have done for Ellen. This is the reason for our topic scripture.  We also added another scripture that proceeds  the topic scripture that many believers are not familiar with to prove that God is not condemning Ellen or anyone else for that matter based on what they do or don’t do. Let’s look at that scripture once more.

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
For God did not send his Son into the world that he would condemn the world, but that he would give life to the world by him. John 3:17

New International Version
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:17

So God the Father did not send Jesus to condemn drunks, porn addicts, gluttons or gossipers or any of the people of the world but to save the world thru and by His Son Jesus Christ. So since Jesus is not condemning them then as His people and followers we have no right or guideline to condemn anyone regardless if we are a believer or a preacher. The servant is not greater than His Master. I once attended a church where the pastor talked about Ellen Degeneres and called her ‘Ellen Degenerate’.  That’s not right! When believers do things like that the world does not see love and they do not want to attend church. Why go somewhere to be dogged and denigrated?  A focus on sin will always lead to condemnation. In John 4:18 when Jesus encountered a woman who had had five husbands and the person she was living with at the time was not her husband, Jesus did not go on tangent about it. He told her the truth so she could recognize Who He was. That was the only purpose for Him bringing the five husbands up.   As a result of his NO CONDEMNATION she began going into the town and being a minister about Jesus and her life was forever changed.  If Jesus would have beaten her down about the sin, she would have been left low and discouraged.

Jesus if full of GRACE and TRUTH!!! The book of John says so. He is not full of condemnation. He bore all of our sins and was punished for it by God. So it would be stupid for Jesus to have taken all the beatings, slap and spit and crucifixion to pay the price for our sin then turn around and condemn us and have us pay for it too. There is a law that states and it applies and came from the spirit world, that the same crime cannot be tried twice.  Jesus bore all our sins and we are forgiven already of them.  Does this make us as believer want to go out and sin some more? No!!! A thousand times NO! Our job as Christians is to reveal this great love and sacrifice to people and offer them the undeserved, unmerited gift of Christ Jesus who is Grace. When you teach people about Grace the Word of God says that Grace (Who is Jesus) teaches us to deny ungodliness. So teaching people about sin does not teach them to deny ungodliness, GRACE does!!! Jesus does!!!

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12It(The GRACE) teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. Titus 2:11-14 NIV

Condemning people does not teach them to deny ungodliness. Telling people they are going to hell does not teach them to deny ungodliness. GRACE Who is Jesus teaches us to deny ungodliness. When someone teaches you something do you learn it normally in one day?  No, especially when it involves life changes. Abraham lied about his wife after he was declared righteous because he was scared of people.  That is fear which is sin!  He thought they may kill him because his wife was so beautiful at age  65 and again at  age 90. Now what made her beautiful at this older age? GRACE!  How come God did not rebuke Abraham for still having the same fear and telling the same lie 25 years later?  GRACE!!!   This is not an excuse to sin.  This is the GRACE of God!!!  Focus on Grace and loving people. Don’t try to do things that Jesus Himself does not do to people regardless of their lifestyle. You know you have made mistakes and missteps even after getting saved and Jesus extends His Grace to you daily.  Extend Grace! Extend Jesus to people! That is the Love of God in Christ Jesus.

If you are in involved in a homosexual life style or any other lifestyle that is described in the Bible as sin KNOW first and foremost that God loves you!! Jesus loves you!!!  God’s first thought is not: YOU SINNER!!! No!! A thousand times no!!  We explained yesterday that He said in in three different scriptures that He would not remember your sins no more.

New International Version
No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the LORD,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest,” declares the LORD. “For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” Jeremiah 31:34

New International Version
For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” Hebrews 8:12

Berean Study Bible This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, says the Lord. I will put My Laws in their hearts and inscribe them on their minds.” 17Then he adds: “Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.” Hebrews 10:16-17

God loves you!! You receive the love of God and most of all receive the gift of God: JESUS!!! Jesus knows every area of your life and how to make your life be used for His Glory.

We may pick this up tomorrow if I get more on this.

All the blessed to you!!! Shalom!

JUST DA TRUTH -ABOUT JESUS “LOVES” ELLEN DEGENERES Part 1

For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 New Living Translation

God the Father and Jesus love everyone!! So why are we singling out one person?  We will get that to very soon, but my reason is to make a point and to answer some questions that are on the minds and hearts of many believers and unbelievers alike.  I recently had a close friend who called me and asked about what was my attitude and understanding of how the church looks at and deals with people who believe they are homosexual.  Let me be clear. I know, understand and believe what the Bible says about homosexuality being sin.  We will talk about sin shortly.   The first thing that the church and believers must understand is that regardless of your personal opinion and how you feel about it you are still obligated to deal with a person who is a homosexual or a heterosexual in the way and manner that Jesus Himself deals with them and the way He sees them.  Meanwhile, lets get back to Ellen, personally I love Ellen. I love her because I love her as a person so far as I know her from TV and because I am instructed to love her by Jesus in the Word.   I think she is funny and she gets her groove on on the show and I like her as a TV personality. So let’s establish a foundation:

  • Jesus loves Ellen.
  • Jesus  died for Ellen.
  • Jesus is not focused on what Ellen is or is not doing but what He has done for Ellen.
  • Jesus desires  Ellen to receive Him as her Lord and Saviour if she has not already.

Now lets stop right there for a moment. The last bullet point I made that , “Jesus desires Ellen to receive Him as her Lord and Saviour if she has not already.”  Some believers will say, “How can you say that? Look at the lifestyle she is living!! It’s obvious she has not accepted the Lord Jesus Christ!!!”  REALLY!!!!  The truth is you do not know if Ellen has accepted Christ or not. You are not her Judge.

If we are judging by appearance and what people do on whether or not they are a Christian then most Christians are in trouble. Let’s make a list.  Do you or have you ever since you have been a Christian done any of the following:

  • Have you ever lied?
  • Have you ever been fearful or scared?
  • Have you ever been in unbelief even though God’s Word says something is true?
  • Have you ever gossiped?

That’s just a very short list but everything on that list is classified as SIN. So if God and Jesus are out on a SIN hunt then they have not only found unbelievers but also believers who still SIN. Now believers and some preachers FOCUS on sin and as a result the people who listen to them are SIN-CONSCIOUS and they become condemned and do not walk in victory in their life because condemnation KILLS people. So don’t listen to them. Listen to God and The Word who is Jesus. It’s amazing to me how many Christian know John 3:16 but they do not know or don’t believe John 3:17.  Lets see what The Word says about condemnation.

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
For God did not send his Son into the world that he would condemn the world, but that he would give life to the world by him. John 3:17

New International Version
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:17

I think that is clear enough. So if God is not condemning the world then no believer or preacher has any business condemning them regardless of their sin. Why? Well let’s see why from Poppa our God and Father Himself.  Now in the Old Testament under the law God remembered people’s sins and judged and punished their sin.  But we are New Testament believers and we are not under the law but under God’s Grace Who is JESUS.  God prophesied thru Jeremiah in the Old Testament about a time when He would  not remember sins. Look at these three scriptures.

So God the Father is obviously not focused on sin because He uses HIS WILL to NOT REMEMBER IT.  He said, “He will not remember their sins no more.”  So why do some believers and preachers always focus and talk about sin, bringing it to people’s remembrance when God Himself won’t remember it?

We will pick this up tomorrow. Stick with us all week so that you have a full understanding for how God the Father and Jesus sees this thing.

All the blessed to you!!! Shalom!!!

At an end it is

So what comes next

What is the viz?

2 0 1 7

Expectation: Like Heaven

5 7 7 7

Look at all those 7’s!

In English it is the year 2017

Another fresh start

Another slate

Clear and clean

In Hebrew however it’s the year 5777

Hebrew reads right to left

Perfect grace, life and victory

And a stiff arm to sin & death

You don’t have to do it

It’s already done!

You don’t have to win it

It’s already won!

Victory in every area of life

Your health and finances

With your self, with your wife

Engage yourself now,  in all the victory dances.

Make sure you SEE victory

Open and wide

Make sure you see THE VICTORY

On the inside

Know it’s already here

Know it’s already true

And know most of all

JESUS has ALREADY done it FOR YOU!

Amen!!!

Scripture references:  2 Corinthians 2:14,  I John 4:4,  Hebrews 9:11, John 16:33 & finally John 19:30

May your year be a year of “Victory in Every Area thru Perfect Grace!” Shalom!!!
