I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.  John 17:23 NIV

This weekend we are going to keep it very simply.  I want to ask you to take this weekend and really think about your Father,  Big Poppa, God the Father Himself.  The Word tells us God is Love.  Jesus is God’s Son and at one time He was His ONLY Son.  That is no longer true.  Now God the Father because of Jesus’s finished work on the Cross has many son’s.  I am one of them and if you are born again so are you.  The Father loves Jesus a whooooooollllllleeeeeeee lot!!!!!  But guess what  the scripture above says God loves you just as much as  He loves Jesus.  I’m gonna say that again.  GOD LOVES YOU JUST AS MUCH AS HE LOVES  JESUS!!!  Take this weekend and think about that.  Read the scripture, then reads it again.  Then read it again.  Then say, “God the Father loves me just as much as He loves Jesus,”  Then say it again.  Then believe it then say it again.  Stick with it and it will do something good to your soul.  Have a great weekend!!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

And I walked and he who sat on the throne said to me, “Behold, I make all things new.” And he said to me, “Write: ‘These words are trustworthy and true.” 6And he said to me, “They are done. I am Alap and I am Tau, The Source and The Fulfillment.                                                              Revelation 21:5 & 6 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Tense.  In most cases when people think of the word tense they think of being anxious and stressed.  Rarely do people consider the word tense in terms of time.  But let’s take a look at the actual meaning of the word tense.

tense- a set of forms taken  by a verb to indicate time (and sometimes also the continuance and completeness) of the action in relation to the time of the utterance.

I invite you to read that about 3-5 times then go back and read our opening scripture.  “Well Brother  Vincent what does this have to do with the Word of God and DA TRUTH?”  I am so glad you asked.  The answer is EVERYTHING!  One of the reasons why many in the Body Of Christ are still dealing with and facing so many of the same issues and challenges that the world is is because of tense.  They continue to put off and wait for things to happen or wait until we get to  Heaven for things because many do not understand the tense of the scriptures they may read or know..  Let’s look at what Jesus said in the verses preceding our opening first to get a better understanding.

And I heard a great voice from Heaven that said, “Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with the children of men, and he dwells with them and they shall be his people and the same God is with them and shall be their God.  4And he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and from now on there shall not be death, neither grieving, nor clamor, neither shall there be disease again, for His sake.

And I walked and he who sat on the throne said to me, “Behold, I make all things new.” And he said to me, “Write: ‘These words are trustworthy and true.” 6And he said to me, “They are done. I am Alap and I am Tau, The Source and The Fulfillment. I shall give to the thirsty one from the fountain of the water of life without charge.” 7″And he who is victorious shall inherit these things, and I shall be his God and he will be my son.” Revelation 21:3-7 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Let’s break this apart.  Verse 3 says, “Look God’s home is NOW among His people!”  Now means now.  The next verse says He will live with them and they will be His people.  God Himself will be with them.  The Bible says Immanuel which is a Name of Jesus means, “God with us!”.  If you are born again then Jesus is in you which means God is in you and with you.  We are God’s people NOW!!!

Verse 4 says He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes and from NOW ON, there shall be no more death or shall not be death.  Let’s stop there.  Did you know that Jesus killed or destroyed death?  Jesus’s resurrection is the death of death!!!

Now, in view of the fact that we died once for all with Christ, we believe that we shall also live by means of Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised up from among those who are dead, no longer dies. Death over Him no longer exercises lordship. For the death He died, He died with respect to our sinful nature once for all. But the life He lives, He lives with respect to God  Romans 6:8-10 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Since death no longer exercises lordship over Jesus, death no longer exercises lordship over you because you belong to and are in Jesus!!!   Jesus did not just give His Life for you He gave His Life TO YOU!!!  And notice the word that begins the scripture above.  There’s the word NOW again. Death and the devil can’t just come and take you out when he wants to or your children, IF you believe the Word and take it by faith as explained in the New Testament.  Even in the Old Testament it says in Proverbs that death and life are in the power of the tongue. So people had control of death to a certain degree even back then and still do now.  BUT NOW, death over Jesus and death over you no longer exercises lordship.

Paying attention to ‘tenses’ can be the difference between victory or defeat, from going under or over or even from death or life.  Know what the Word says and know the tense being used when the Word says something to you. That tense is just as much a part of the Word as the other things being said there and in many cases is key to the receiving of a particular promise or benefit.  It may take some time to discover, understand and learn but the benefits are well worth it.

All the blessed to you! Shalom!!!

If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.  Numbers 14:8 KJV

Yesterday, we talked about  delighting in the Lord but today we are going to focus on The Lord delighting in us. These words were spoken in the Old Testament by Joshua and Caleb and they rendered extra ordinary rewards and praise to them by God the Father Himself.   Now just like the Psalms 37:4 this verse seems also conditional because of the ‘if’.  But if you look deeper you will see that word ‘if’ there actually means ‘since’. It is the Hebrew word ‘im’.  If you know the story of the children of Israel and their deliverance you know that God delighted them.   The word delight in Numbers 14:8  is a different word from the word delight in Psalms 37:4.

The word delight in Psalms 37:4  is the Hebrew word anag.   It means:

#6026 עָנַג `anag {aw-nag'}

 a primitive root; TWOT - 1648; v

—Hebrew Word Study (Transliteration-Pronunciation Etymology & Grammar)

 1) to be soft, be delicate, be dainty

    1b) (Hithpael)
1b1) to be of dainty habit, be pampered
1b2) to be happy about, take exquisite delight
1b3) to make merry over, make sport of

The word delight in Numbers 14:8 is the Hebrew word chaphets. It means:

#2654 חָפֵץ chaphets {khaw-fates'}

 a primitive root; TWOT - 712,713; v

—Hebrew Word Study (Transliteration-Pronunciation Etymology & Grammar)

 1) to delight in, take pleasure in, desire, be pleased with

1a1a) to take pleasure in, delight in
1a1b) to delight, desire, be pleased to do

1a2a) to delight in, have pleasure in
1a2b) to be pleased to do
 2) to move, bend down
    2a) (Qal) to bend down

—Brown-Driver-Briggs (Old Testament Hebrew-English Lexicon)

A primitive root; properly to incline to; by implication (literally but rarely) to bend; figuratively to be pleasedwith, desire:— X any at all, (have, take) delight, desire, favour, like, move, be (well) pleased, have pleasure, will, would.

Do you know what other word means to have pleasure and to delight in?  Look at the similarities of this definiton.

#5485 χάρις charis {khar'-ece}

 from G5463; TDNT - 9:372,1298; n f

—Greek Word Study (Transliteration-Pronunciation Etymology & Grammar)

 1) grace
1a) that which affords joy, pleasure, delight, sweetness, charm,
        loveliness: grace of speech
 2) good will, loving-kindness, favour
2a) of the merciful kindness by which God, exerting his holy
influence upon souls, turns them to Christ, keeps, strengthens,
increases them in Christian faith, knowledge, affection, and
kindles them to the exercise of the Christian virtues
 3) what is due to grace
3a) the spiritual condition of one governed by the power of
        divine grace
3b) the token or proof of grace, benefit
        3b1) a gift of grace
        3b2) benefit, bounty
 4) thanks, (for benefits, services, favours), recompense, reward

The English word for charis is GRACE!!!!

Today, God the Father delights in US because of JESUS. We are in The Beloved (Jesus).  When God the Father said Caleb had a ‘different spirit’ with Him I believe that Spirit was definitely faith but mainly the spirit of GRACE. You can tell by what Caleb said and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.  Caleb was focused on the fact that The Lord delighted in them.  He knew this because of all the Lord had done for them already.  Delivering them from Egypt, opening the Red Sea, providing food for them in the desert and water from a rock.  The Word says in Ephesians 2:8 “By GRACE you have been saved thru FAITH and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God!  Jesus is THE GIFT FROM GOD THE FATHER TO US!!!

With that I will say this, don’t focus on delighting yourself in the Lord more than you focus and know that The Lord delights in you. If you know The Lord delights in you you will be well on your way to delighting yourself in the Lord.  FOCUS on the truth that THE LORD DELIGHTS IN YOU!!! Amen!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!

If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Numbers 14:8 KJV

How many times have you heard the scripture preached, “Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.” I have heard it many times but then, in many cases I’ve heard the the excitement and fire of believers as they think of God the Father actually giving them the desires of their heart only to have that fire snuffed out as this is said in an accusatory or condemning way.  “Yes God will give you the desires of your heart BUT, are you delighting yourself in the Lord?”  If you are not rooted and grounded in the truth that you are the righteousness of God apart from your works and that you are not under the law but under grace, you may allow this seemingly harmless comment to talk you out of this scripture and the desires of your heart. Let’s look at some of the things Jesus said about things you desire.

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Mark 11:24 KJV.

If you maintain a living communion with me and my words are at home in you, I command you to ask, at once, something for yourself, whatever your heart desires, and it will become yours. In this my Father is glorified, namely, that you are bearing much fruit.  John 15:7-8 Kenneth Wuest Translation

These are powerful scriptures about desires and the one listed in John 15 is extremely detailed and powerful. Jesus is saying I command to ask at once something for yourself.  Now lets talk about Mark 11:24 for a minute because verse 25 right after that says that when you stand praying forgive otherwise the Father will not forgive you.  I am paraphrasing a bit to make a point.  Let me ask a question, had Jesus been crucified and resurrected yet when He shared that with the Jews? No!  So he was talking to Jews and people up under the law.  We are not forgiven today because we forgive, we are forgiven because of Jesus’s crucifixion has remitted all of our sins past, present and future.  That may be a lot for some people to swallow but its the truth anyway.  Again don’t take my word for it.  Take The Word for it.

“I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more. Isaiah 43:12 NIV

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. Hebrews 8:12 KJV

This is God the Father talking.  Pay close attention to the next verse in Hebrews.

When God speaks of a “new” covenant, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear. Hebrews 8:13 New Living Translation

In the Old Testament, David asked the Lord not to take His Holy Spirit from him(David).  If you are a believer today and you pray this that prayer is not in line with the Word of God for New Testament believers. You may ask why? Because The Father said in Hebrews 13:5 He will never leave us or forsake us.  Jesus also told His disciples in John 14:17 that The Holy Spirit would dwell with them and shall be in them. The word dwelleth means to abide, to stay.  We must know and understand we are under a different covenant than David.  My point in bringing this up is as believers we have to know when the Word is talking TO US versus when The Word is talking to us about someone else. Now let’s get to the meat of today’s post.

If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Numbers 14:8 KJV

This is where we started. But I saw something that I had never considered and I believe I will place my faith there. It produced really good results for the two people who spoke and believed it. Who are these two people? Joshua and Caleb!!!

We will pick this up tomorrow. Be sure to join us, you don’t want to miss this revelation and gift from The Father.

All the ‘blessed’ to you! Shalom!!!

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one John 17:22 New American Standard Bible

WE  ARE “ONE” WITH JESUS!  Once you ‘know’ this that Truth will make you free.  Many people misquote that scripture in the Bible.

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32  New International Version

What they say is, “The truth will make you free.” But that is not true.  It’s the truth that you ‘know’ that will make you free.  The word know in that verse is the greek word ginosko.  Ginosko means  I am taking in knowledge, come to know, learn; and or: I ascertained, realized.  It also means to know, especially through personal experience. It is also the word that is used in Genesis when the scripture says Adam knew his wife as well as the in the chapter of Luke when Mary the mother of Jesus asked the angel, “How shall this thing be seeing I know not a man.  So it implies intercourse or sexual intimacy.  Let’s focus on intercourse for a moment, not to be crude but for the purpose of getting deeper understanding.  In Mary’s case she said she did not know a man.  Now obviously Mary knew men because she knew Joseph, Jesus’s stepfather.  So obviously this type of knowing is not the same as the knowing that is mentioned in John 8:32, Genesis 4:1 and Luke 1:34.  What people do not realize about sex is that it takes place on all levels, spiritual, mental or soulish and physical.  So sexual intercourse affects one’s spirit, soul and body.  Inside of a marriage covenant sex works as a weapon for you however outside of a marriage covenant sex works as a weapon against a persons spirit, soul and body.  I know what you are thinking, what does all this have to do with Jesus and being One with Him.  A whole lot.

In Genesis 3:8 it talks about God the Father walking in the garden in the cool of the day.  What was God looking for Adam for?  To have communion with him.  To talk with him.  To just enjoy his presence and spend Fatherly time with him just as any good father does.  But that particular day Adam had intercourse with devil and had become separated from God.  Now when God ask where are you, He was not talking about Adam’s physical location.  He meant where is the Me I put in you to keep you connected to Me?  He was not looking for Adam’s flesh he was looking for the spirit, the breath that He had put into Adam.  The spirit of God in you is a signature, a beacon to God and the devil.  The devil knows you belong to God.  Why? The devil is a spirit.  He recognizes spirit.  God’s spirit in you makes you One with Him

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.  I Corinthians 2:12  King James Version

Now the word know there is the greek word oida and it means to have seen or perceived, hence to know.  Notice the past tense in the definition.  This scripture is specifically talking about your born again spirit.  Your spirit knows things your mind does not know.  It know every single thing that belongs to it by the Spirit and Word of God.  It knows that it (that you) have eternal life, eternal salvation, eternal redemption and an eternal inheritance.  With all that knowledge it would do you well to find out what your spirit knows and when you do you will find out what God knows.  How do you do this?  The primary way this is done is through knowing The Word of God which is not something but Who is Someone.  That SomeOne is Jesus.  Jesus is The Word.  John Chapter 1 says so and explains how it is so.  That Bible you have is not something, it is SomeOne.  When you spend time with Him then you began to know Him and you have intercourse with The Word and The Word will impregnate you with health, joy, wisdom, shalom and every spiritual blessing fit for you according to Heaven’s standards for you as a son or daughter of God and a citizen of Heaven.  The words spiritual blessing does not means its spiritual in the sense of immaterial.  It means it has its origin or beginning in the spirit realm or emanating from the spirit and can and will manifest in the natural world as you exercise faith and intercourse in The Word regarding it by receiving or taking it.  Look it up yourself.  That word spiritual in Ephesians 1:3 is the greek word pneumatikos which means of the spirit.

As you commune with The Word with Jesus, believing and receiving what He says, intercourse takes place.  Knowing takes place.  And you begin to know the Truth (Jesus) and knowing the Truth makes you free.  And guess Who Is FREE?  The One who made you free so that makes you One with Him.  You have already received of His Spirit.  Be sure to receive to receive ALL that comes with Jesus.

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?  Romans 8:32 New American Standard Bible

Do you see that? HOW WILL HE (GOD THE FATHER) NOT ALSO WITH HIM freely give us all things?  French fries come with the combo meal and so does a drink.  Find out what all comes ‘with Him‘.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. I Corinthians 2:12 King James Version

God the Father desires you to KNOW all that is yours through Christ.  It’s His will. So know what is yours and you won’t have to say, “Thy will be done!!!”  His Will will be done because you know the Truth and the Truth makes you just as free as Jesus is.  That is Oneness!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

By faith we understand that time was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things that are invisible. Hebrews 11:3 International Standard Version

When you understand that God the Father has given you dominion over all the works of His hands, you will begin to walk in authority and start talking to things and they will obey you!  Jesus said they would.

“Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Mark 11:23 NIV

Whatever is used to create it has control over, can change it, alter it, place it into a different state or make it into something else.  You see this with Jesus turning water into wine.  So let’s talk about YOU!!!  God the Father MADE YOU!! How does God get things done?  He uses His Faith!!!  He used faith to create the world and everything in and on it including YOU!!! So for all practical purposes you ARE GOD’s FAITH in manifestation.  God the Father saw you on the inside of Himself. He knew every detail about you, what color he wanted you to be, the shape of your nose, how tall you would be etc.  He releases you in spirit form into the interaction between your mothers egg and your fathers sperm to give you a human body so that you can effect change in this physical world.

When you understand you are God’s faith and that you are God’s son or daughter and that everything produces after its own kind you will then begin to look at things and see things and desire to bring into manifestation things placed in you by God for you to create and bring into manifestation.  The IPod is a manifestation of a desire of God brought to pass thru a man Steve Jobs.  Star Wars is a manifestation of God likeness thru a man named George Lucas.  George Lucas created hundreds of worlds and being with his imagination and his faith the same way God created you with His imagination and His faith.  Think about that!! Then think about what you are suppose to bring into manifestation.

All the blessed to you!! Shalom!

But as for us, Christ’s mind we have. I Corinthians 2:16 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Take some time this weekend and believe and receive this word of God.  Really take the time to see and ingest spiritually what The Word of God is saying .  But also take the time to understand what it is not saying. It is not saying that you have the mind of Christ because you think you do.  It is not saying you have the mind of Christ because you are suddenly smarter. Remember that you are the righteousness (the just) of God in Christ Jesus. The Bible says the just or the righteous shall live by faith.  So you are going to have to just believe The Word of God. If the Bible says you have the mind of Christ then just agree and say, “I have the mind of Christ!”.

When you begin to simply begin to believe and confess this, Christ thoughts will begin to manifest.  They are already there in your spirit. Your faith will manifest what is already so in the spirit world.  This is how this thing works. Plain and simple. The truth is whatever God the Father says that is what is true and whatever you see is only temporary.  So take some time to believe that you have the mind of Christ. That mind will begin to manifest and make you successful in every area of your life.

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

A [good] name [is] rather to be chosen than great riches, [and] loving favour rather than silver and gold. Proverbs 22:1 KJV

Have you ever desired to be rich?  Perhaps you already are but for many people that is a genuine desire and there is nothing wrong with that.  Hopefully, your desire to be rich includes a intense desire to help others as well be it your family, or friends or perhaps that woman in the mall whose daughter is asking for the $150 dollar dress but her Mom says they can only afford the $35 dollar dress.  Poppa and Jesus are generous and they desire for us and have created us in Christ to be that way, generous.  However the verse above says that there is something that should be chosen or is better than riches or silver and gold.  Many people find that hard to believe but  you will understand by the end of this letter.

I was preparing to read the entire chapter of Proverbs 22 today but I could not get beyond verse 1.  Something(or should I say Some One) about it stood out to me so I decided to dig deeper and I am glad I did and so will you be.  As I read various translations of that verse one caught my eye and bore witness with my born again human spirit.  I was already thinking about what it stated and now, I had evidence, proof.  Take a look at Proverbs 22:1 in the King James Version and the Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

A [good] name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.  Proverbs 22:1 King James Version

The Name is better than great wealth, and compassion is better than gold or silver.  Proverbs 22:1 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Do you see how ‘The Name’ is capitalized there in the Aramaic Bible translation?  So this does not mean just a person having a good name. As a matter of fact, the word good there in the King James Version and other versions is in italics which means it was not there originally so it can’t mean “you having a good name.”  It says specifically ‘The Name‘.   As a believer, Who do you think of when you think of The Name?  I can only think of One ‘The Name“.  The Name of JESUS!!!  So this scripture is telling us that ‘The Name’ is better than great wealth.  WOW!!!  You may desire great wealth, but if you are a believer you HAVE something even better.  YOU HAVE ‘THE NAME’  When you study the word “name”  there in that verse its the Hebrew word “shem“.  A Jew knows this because in times past and even still today some Jews believe God’s name is too holy to utter so instead they say HaShem or The Name.  Now you may say, “Well Brother Vincent that means it’s God’s name.”  If that is true, that is still great but that is not the case.  As I studied further I came across more proof that The Name there is the name of Jesus and this time in the New Testament.  Take a look at this scripture in Acts 3:6 and compare it it’s wording to Proverbs 22:1.

The Name is better than great wealth, and compassion is better than gold or silver.  Proverbs 22:1 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. Acts 3:6 King James Version

DO YOU SEE IT???  Proverbs 22:1 talks about The Name and silver and gold. Acts 3:6 talks about The Name and silver and gold.  DO YOU SEE IT? Are you excited? I AM!!!!  Proverbs 22:1 is a prophetic scripture that speaks of our coming Lord and Savior JESUS.  Jesus’s Name can do EVERYTHING He Himself can do.  Silver and gold could not heal that lame man in Acts 3.  Silver and gold could not make him whole but THE NAME can and did!!!  Hence, “The Name is better than great wealth, and compassion (which is Grace or favor) is better than gold or silver.  Both of these things are talking about JESUS.  Grace is not a thing it is a Person!  The Person of our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST!!!  Peter KNEW what he HAD.  He HAD “The Name”.  He KNEW “The Name” belonged to him and if you are born again The Name belongs to you.  If you don’t have great riches don’t focus on what you don’t have FOCUS ON THE NAME which is better than great riches.  If you do have great riches don’t focus on them, FOCUS ON THE NAME. Why? Because The Name is better? The Word says so not me.  This is a great revelation and I have wrote myself happy.

All the ‘blessed’ to you.  Shalom!

“He Himself bore our sins” in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by His wounds you have been healed.” I Peter 2:24 New International Version

Shalom! There is a well known saying that says, “If you want something done right, then do it yourself.”   Today let’s get a real in-depth understanding of the difference between doing something yourself and sending someone to do it.  But we are not going to talk about you, we are going to talk about God the Father and Jesus.  Do you realize the difference between The Father sending an angel to die, save and redeem you versus sending Jesus?  Because of His Love, The Father did not leave so precious and important a task to an angel.  He sent His own Son, and thereby in essence He sent HIMSELF.

Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 2 Corinthian 5:18-19 New American Standard Version

So you can see by this scripture that it was really God the Father ‘Himself’ in Christ who was reconciling or bringing people back into right standing or righteousness with Himself all because He desired this and planned this in and out of Love.  This is pure GRACE given to men, unmerited, undeserved.  This is a stark contrast to the law or the ten commandments which was given by Moses.  God gave Moses the ten commandments and then Moses gave the commandments to the children of Israel, not the world.

For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. John 1:17 New International Version

Moses was the servant of God.  Jesus is the Son of God as are you.  Moses gave the children of Israel, not the world, the law.  God so loved  the world that He gave them His Son.  Moses gave the law. Jesus gave HIMSELF!!!  Moses taught them the law.  Jesus taught them about HIMSELF.

Then Jesus took them through the writings of Moses and all the prophets, explaining from all the Scriptures the things concerning HIMSELF. Luke 24:27  New Living Translation

When  you understand how truly personal your salvation, your protection, your provision, your life, your health and your well being is to God the Father and Jesus,  you will then understand the importance of why He did these things HIMSELF.  He did not trust it or leave it to anyone else.  When it came to Him making sure that you are righteous He did it HIMSELF to make sure it was done RIGHT.  Meditate on that.

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!

And who is the man who knows what is in a man except only the spirit of the man that is in him? So also a man does not know what is in God, only The Spirit of God knows.  Aramaic Bible in Plain English  I Corinthians 2:11

As a believer have you ever taken the time to truly think about and ask, “Who am I?.  It’s a great question and one that all of us need to ask.  The main thing though is that we get the answers from the right place.  Where is that place?  God’s Word and God’s Spirit in our born again human spirit.  The scripture above is very interesting when you stop and think about it.  Who is the man who knows what is in a man except only the spirit of the man that is in him?  Notice what the scripture did not say. It didn’t say your body knows who you are.  It didn’t even say your mind knows who you are.  It says the only one who knows what is in you is your spirit.

We are not talking about what you do for a job, no, no, no.  We are not talking about you being a stock broker or cashier or a technician.  We’re talking about who you really are and what you really can do through Christ who strengthens you.  So what are some of the ways to bring this real you to the surface?  I don’t claim to know all of them but I do know a couple.  One is praying in the spirit.  When you pray in the spirit you are praying and saying things you don’t know you know or more your mind does not know.  You also build up your spirit, soul and body in that order.   This brings the spirit into ascendancy and pushes the flesh and carnal mind down into a subservient role where it belongs so you can see, hear, think and speak the supernatural.  Praying in tongues is powerful.  It does so many good things and you can do it all the time.  Even while watching TV.  Don’t let religious people put you in a box about when to do it and when not to.  It’s a gift that you can exercise at will.  The other thing is by believing and confessing that you have the mind of Christ.

But as for us, Christ’s mind we have. I Corinthians 2:16 Kenneth Wuest Translation

Believing God’s Word is powerful and can transform your life.  Believing is obedience in the New Testament.  When you believe the Word you are acting on it and this transforms and renews your mind.  It washes you because The Word is like water. It washes off the dead skin of the flesh and carnal thinking and leaves The Truth sitting there fresh, smooth and alive.  As The Truth exposes the lies, the real you begins to manifest and continues until Jesus comes.  So ask the Spirit of Truth to help you. This is what He is there for to lead and guide you into ALL TRUTH!!!   The Holy Ghost is a teacher and He is sitting there waiting to teach and show you who you really are as the righteousness God in Christ!!!

All the ‘blessed’ to you!!! Shalom!
